It is a letter of recommendation for Mr.

Robin Neupane who is an undergraduate in Mechanical

Engineering of the batch 2011-2015 in Thapathali Campus. His certificates were issued in 2016. He
informed me that he was applying for the Elements of Mechanical Engineering at the Fanshawe College,
Canada. His choice is a match to his interest as I know Mr. Neupane is a learner and an achiever.
Mr. Neupane joined our institute through the nationwide competitive examination for admission to
mechanical program, which itself is a manifest to his abilities. He was a merit student in the entrance. On
his graduation, he ranked within top 20% in the department. I firmly believe he can give his usual best in
this new course too.

I have observed him and interacted with him closely throughout the college years, both as an instructor in
the classes and as an administrator in the department. Mr. Neupane used to be one of my students in core
subjects of mechanical engineer including Engineering Economics, Material Science, Instrumentation and
Measurement as well as Engineering Management.
Mr. Neupane is a quick learner as only with simple guidance, he completed the economic analysis of his
final project, where his team constructed a cider juice extraction machine. During the material science
course, he seemed dedicated towards recent trends in energy technologies. His unquestionable love for
scientific exploration came when he chose to travel to a remote location to complete an important
assignment in Engineering management subject. I remember him being righteously inquisitive in the
Instrumentation and measurement classes.
He was so proficient in using design software that while I found most of the students not opting for
design, his assignments and mini projects included designs using CATIA and MATLAB.
I would also like to add that Mr. Neupane is a highly motivated engineer with a clear understanding of
his priorities, his life, his career and the time. The timely submissions of assignments and near perfect
attendance from his side attest to those facts. Also, he is an active member of society and student
community who could do well beyond the walls of the classes too. His participation in the extra-curricular
activities stands to verify. I am confident that these personal attributes help him in all walks of life
I strongly recommend Mr. Neupane for admission to your college.
