Sub: Request to shift from current space on the top floor to the ground floor of the
renovated block.

Madam,

I humbly submit the following for your honor’s most sympathetic consideration.

Madam, I manufacture traditional noodles such as Bumthang Puta, Jangbali and Khari to revive
the traditional healthy food culture for modern urban convenience. I currently operate at the
startup center, and it has helped me immensely in developing my idea into a commercially viable
business. I am a single mother with a son to bring up on my own after my failed marriage many
years ago.

Madam, recently I was fortunate to get additional funds from an investor and bought additional
equipment to upscale my production. The new equipment procured necessitates the need for 3
phase electricity supply which is not currently available in my current location.

Madam, there are currently some vacant spaces at the renovated old block of the startup which
were designed with the need of the production enterprises including the 3phase electricity line
required for the production equipment. I am convinced that shifting my production to one of
these new spaces at the renovated block will facilitate seamless production of my products and
enable me to make more planned investments for the remaining period of my stay at the startup.

Therefore, I would like to request your honor to consider my above submission and allow me to
move to the ground floor of the renovated block at the startup center.

Sub: Request to shift from my current space in the new block to the first-floor space in the
old, renovated block at the startup center.

Madam,

I would like to submit to you that I was given space at the startup center in the beginning of this
year for the startup of my Lungta-prayer flags production unit.

Madam, I produce digitally printed and traditionally printed prayer flags and recently acquired
certain machineries that involves the use of certain not so pleasant-smelling chemical colors. My
current space has no room partition and no proper ventilation that causes the foul smell to other
units in the whole building.

Madam, I talked to Mr. Wangchen about his intention to surrender the space on the first floor of
the old, renovated block that has two rooms which would be perfect for my production needs as
the space is independent with separate access door and open passage. This will allow me to
produce my products without the spread of foul smell to other users at the startup center as I can
use one room for printing and the other room for drying the prints and packing needs.

Madam, I would like to request your honor to consider my above submission and allow me to
move to the first floor of the renovated block at the startup center in the space currently occupied
by Mr. Wangchen who has agreed to surrender at the earliest because of his change in plan as an
entrepreneur.

I will be very grateful to your honor for your most favorable consideration and approval.
