1. Submit all requirements needed to the project for approval.

1. PREPARATION WORKS
1.1 Prepare and lay-out works

2. MOBILIZATION / DELIVERY
2.1 Check and inspect needed tools, equipment, and materials properly.
2.2 Inspect area where work will take place
2.3 Secure work permits (Hot work, hygiene, electrical-mechanical, etc.)

3. LAY-OUT OF PIPES AND SUPPORTS

3.1 Prepare needed tools and equipment
3.2 Ladder preparation
3.3 Ascending / descending at the ladder
3.4 Measurement of pipes and supports

4. FABRICATION WORKS
4.1 Fabrication of support, brackets and cylinder frame.
a. Cutting of angle bar
b. Assembling of support, brackets and cylinder frame
 c. Welding and jointing of support, bracket and cylinder frame
d. Grinding of sharp edges of support, bracket and cylinder frame
4.2 Fabrication of pipes
a. Cutting of pipes
b. Threading of pipes

5.2 Installation of Control panel, smoke detector, MPS, abort, Bell and Horn / Strobe

f. Install control panel and field devices

8.2 Segregate waste materials per activity

8.1 Back loading of tools and equipment for pull out, lifting and loading.
