1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


1.1 Scope Statement. Current update.
1.2 Customer Satisfaction Review. Review results of customer satisfaction assessments,
including deliverable and process reviews.
1.3 Project Review. Analyze project results at a high level.
1.4 Transition Review and Closeout. Provide detail on the transition process for future
services as well as an overview of closeout procedures followed.
2.0 SPECIFICATIONS
Include updated technical plans. Reference any long-form diagrams or support documentation
in Appendix A to this report.
3.0 SCHEDULE
Assess major areas of delay and acceleration. Reference Gantt charts and network diagrams in
Appendix B to this report, showing baseline performance versus actual performance.
4.0 FINANCIAL ISSUES
Incorporate current customer payment schedule. Report any outstanding payments (or
outstanding billing). Reference project invoice and billing reconciliation in Appendix C to this
report.
5.0 CLOSEOUT
Insert copies of administrative and contract closeout plans.
APPENDIXES
A: Specifications: Insert specification diagrams or support documentation.
B: Final WBS
C: Gantt Charts and Network Diagrams: Insert final schedule results from the project
management software tool in Gantt and/or network diagram formats.
D: Financial Issues: Insert final project invoice and billing reconciliation.
E: Lessons Learned and Process Improvements: List should be assigned to people and a
record kept here.
