PRODUCT DESCRIPTION SURFACE PREPARATION

Environmental-friendly water based reactive type anti- Surface shall be dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, grease,
algae, anti-fungus, acrylic emulsion paint. and foreign matter. Surface unevenness, cracks, etc
shall be made good with our cementitious filler.
USES
APPLICATION DATA
As a finishing for interior and exterior wall surfaces. Also
as a topcoat for multi-layer coating systems. No. of Components : One

AREA OF APLLICATION Coverage : 0.15 - 0.20 kg/m2/coat
Dilution : 0 - 15% with water
Suitably primed surfaces of concrete, mortar, mansory,

CHARACTERISTICS

 Its film is formed by chemical cross-linking structure Biofine 16 kg/can
which provides an excellent resistance against water, 20 litre/can
alkali, and various types of solvents.
 Its forms a tough and high density film which as MATERIAL HANDLING
excellent abrasion resistance.
 Washable without damaging film.  Store materials in cool, well-ventilated and dry place,
 Strong adhesion onto substrate. away from direct sunlight.
 Excellent Mould, Algae and Fungus resistance.  Ensure adequate ventilation during application.
 Environmental-friendly and odourless.  Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Any skin or eye
 Easy workability and dries quickly. contamination should be washed immediately with
