Work Report: Cobweb Cleaning Services

Introduction:
This report outlines the cobweb cleaning services provided to Hospital Cyberjaya on
March 2-3, 2023. The cleaning services were aimed at eliminating cobwebs from the
elevated wall and ceiling corners, as well as cleaning surfaces to eliminate cobweb
residue in the Main Lobby and Lobby 2 of the facility.

Methodology:
We utilized the following methods to complete the cleaning services:

1. The use of a drone equipped with a cobweb duster attachment to reach high
areas of the ceiling.
2. The use of ladders to reach areas of the ceiling that were not accessible by
the drone.
3. The use of extension poles to access corners and crevices.
4. The use of a vacuum cleaner to remove cobweb residue.
5. Manpower and Timeframe:
6. We allocated three personnel to complete the cleaning services within a
two-day timeframe.

Tools and Equipment Used:

The following tools and equipment were used to carry out the cleaning services:

1. Drone equipped with a cobweb duster attachment.

2. Ladders of varying heights.
3. Extension poles.
4. Vacuum cleaner.
5. Microfiber cloths.
6. Dust masks.
7. Safety goggles.

Cleaning Area:
The cleaning services were carried out in the Main Lobby and Lobby 2 of the
Hospital Cyberjaya.

Challenges Faced:
The primary challenge faced was reaching high areas such as the ceilings of the
Main Lobby and Lobby 2. We utilized the drone, ladders, and extension poles to
reach these areas safely. We also took precautions to avoid damaging any of the
fixtures, fittings, or equipment present in the facility.

Work Completion Status:

The cobweb cleaning services were successfully completed within the allocated time
frame. All areas of the Main Lobby and Lobby 2 were thoroughly cleaned, and
cobweb residues were eliminated from the elevated wall and ceiling corners.

Recommendations:
We recommend that Hospital Cyberjaya be regularly inspected for the presence of
cobwebs and that the cleaning schedule be adjusted as necessary to maintain a
cobweb-free environment. Additionally, we suggest the use of a drone with a cobweb
duster attachment to clean high areas of the ceiling in the future.
