    Supplies, Tools, and Equipment, Sitio Proper, Brgy. Tanglad, Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental.

    We accomplished the said partial percentage in accordance with the terms and
    specifications of the contract. Attached herewith is the Statement of Work Accomplishment
    (SWA) and progress photos for your reference and approval. Hoping for your immediate
