• Dashboard
the dashboard will contain the user’s wallet balance, show total investment amount,
transaction history etc. Users can add money to their wallet, and even withdraw
their existing balance for a small fee.

• My properties
This part shows a list of properties user has invested in. It shows a regularly update
value of the user’s investment. On-click of the user’s properties, they can see their
investment summary. The user can decide to sell off their property or their share of
the property they invested in. the can also more shares in the same property if
available for sale.

• Purchase
This feature will list properties on sale for investment purposes. Users can schedule
inspections on these properties if they are interested in purchasing them. After
purchase, these properties will be managed by Quola, and each buyer will receive a
15-30% ROI each year.

• Invest
This section is divided into 2. One section is for users to buy shares in real estate
developments and receive ROIs and the other section is for users to make
investments for fractional ownership in an already completed property. Users can
filter their searches to match their preferred location and type of property. On-click
of available investment, user can read information about the property, and its
estimated ROI. They will also be able to view information about the company
offering the investment.

• Profile
This section shows the user’s information, account security settings etc.
 SIDE FEATURES
• Open house
Users will be occasionally selected to have an open house viewing of their
investment, OR the progress of work done on properties with which they have
purchased shares. This feature will rest assure users that their investment is real,
safe and secure.

• Add money
Users can add money through virtual accounts provided in-app, or with their bank
cards via payment gateways.

• Withdrawal
Users will be able to withdraw funds straight into their bank accounts from the app.
only accounts linked to user’s BVN will be accepted as users will be allowed to
withdraw unlimitedly. Users intending to withdraw monies to accounts of other
people will undergo extra verification on the application.

• Pay bills
Users can pay select bills from the Quola app. these bills include; Light bill, LAWMA,
airtime & data top-up and Cable Tv.
