Dialogue:

G: Hello guys, How are you?

J: Hi Geraldine. I'm happy.
A: Hello. I am fine and you?
G: I am very happy to see them,
what a good idea you had to
make a zoom meeting.
J: Yes, I missed them too.
A: Yes, but after the COVID-
19 pandemic, things will be
very different.
G: You are absolutely right,
Alexander. There will definitely
be more technology in schools
and homes.
A: Exactly, and that means
there will definitely be more
work in the IT sector.
J: Yes, but some jobs will
probably disappear because of
the down economy.
G: You are absolutely right.
But on the other hand, in the
field of medicine, everything is
going to
improve, because there will
definitely be more research.
A: Yes, and let's not forget
about the environment.
Probably after the pandemic,
soil and water
contamination will be reduced.
G: You are right and if we talk
about the family environment,
you can say that there will
definitely be
more union because with this
isolation everyone has united
and shared beautiful moments.
A: Good guys, it was nice
talking to you, but I have to go
now.
G: Yes, I have to go too. Bye.
J: Goodbye.

Stress in young people

Today young people often

suffer from stress due to all the

responsibilities we have such as study, work and home responsibilities. Today's needs

have increased and therefore require us to work harder.

With this in mind, young people must to improve several aspects in order to have a full

life and be able to fulfill all our responsibilities. For example, we should organize all our

daily activities and complement them with exercise or recreational activities.

Another important point is that we should improve our nutrition and eating habits,

having a good health will help us to achieve our goals.
