Test 4 02.2023

The data presented shows the climate changes, more exactly the temperature and the amount of
precipitation trough a year in two Australian cities. Overall, in Brisband the temperatures are higher than
in Canberra but the days when it rains are quite opposite.

Firstly, it can be seen clearly that the maximum temperatures registered in Brisband are between 20 to
30 degrees C. The minimum registered in August are not lower than 10 degrees C. However, in Canberra
the maximum degrees seen in thermometers are around 25 in the months December to February. Also,
the temperatures are way lower in the months June to August with a maximum of 10 degrees C and a
minimum that just exceeds freezing temperatures.

Secondly, there had been registered an increase in the amount of precipitations in Brisband in the
months December to April, with a peak in February and March. The lowest rainy days seen here are in
the months June trough September. In Canberra, things are quite different, there are almost the same
amount of days that rains trough a years, with the exceptions the June, Jully, August, and the surprise of
October.

To conclude, Brusband is a city where it rains more but it has a better climate to visit because of the
higher temperatures registered trough a year.

In the last years there had been seen an increase of the demand of plastic surgery because people are
more interested in the way they are looking. In my point of view, this trend had gone out of control and
now there is a certain stereotype that everybody wants to look like that.

It all started from TV stars, they were the pioneers that introduced the idea of plastic surgery that makes
you look fabulous. There are lots of examples that shows that plastic surgery did not help them look
better, but on the contrary they were more beautiful at the start, for example Donatella Versace. She
was an exceptional beautiful woman, but after she had surgery, in my opinion, her appearance did not
improve.

Unfortunately media promoted this stereotype that women should look in a certain way, and now this is
a beauty standard. All young girls are upset if their look is not the same as the person that they admire.
But, in my point of view, women are all starting to look the same and there is no variety, which is given
by natural aspect.

I strongly believe in having a plastic surgery if you really have a big problem in the way you are looking.
For instance, if your nose if very big and crooked, and you have problems with beathing problems, I
strongly recommend to do something to fix that issue. However, I do not agree with the idea of changing
your appearance just because everybody is doing it. We, us people, are unique, at this difference
between us makes us so special.

To conclude, I really hope that this trend of beauty standard will fall way, and people will start
appreciating more their natural look because differences are a special characteristic of humans.
Test 1 03.2023

The information presented summaries the amount of milk collected in 4 countries in 3 years. Overall,
there is an increase in production trough years, with one exception only, Australia.

Firstly, the higher amounts of litres processed were in Netherlands, with a number of 11,262,00 litres of
milk registered in 1990. There can be seen a slight increase in 2010, but insignificant. In Tanzania and
Guatemala, there is a big increase of milk production trough years, for instance in 1990 there had been
collected 87.000 and 26.000 litres of milk arriving to 155.000 and 84.000 litres of milk in 2010.

Secondly, Australia has a decrease in the amount of milk produced in the 3 years period. They produced
11.264.000 litres in 1990, followed by 11.105.000 in 2000 and finally 9.165.000 litres in 2010. Even if this
country was the second one in milk production in 1990, they maintain their second place despite their
lower production.

Overall, Netherlands is still the biggest producer of milk despite the low increase trough years and
Guatemala is still at the bottom of the ranking, in the data presented.

Nowadays, there is a trend that promotes the idea that children's free time should be organised with
activities that had the meaning to develop intelligence and social behaviour. In my opinion children
should let be children, it is fine to make a short time table for the kids but in some cases the young ones
are to strict control.

Management of the children time is essential, but is very important to find a balance between
mandatory activities and the pleasure of the kid to do what he wants. Let's take for example a schedule
of a 10 years old boy. He has to go to school from Monday to Friday for at least 6 hours, after he does al
list 2-3 hours of individually study at home, next almost all children practise a sport or other
extracurricular activities like learning a new language, technologies classes etc. that is done at least 2
times a week, some of them do multiple activities at once. It can be seen clearly that the time table of
this boys is full of activities and he does not have time to enjoy childhood properly.

In other idea, if the parents are very indulgent and kids have to much free time, they will try to fill that
time with activities that could not be beneficial for healthy development. Kids are developing different
types of passions that could take all of that kid's day. For instance, nowadays children can become lost in
different types of screens like: videogames on phones, TV, tablets, playstation and others. Spending more
time on those activities will encourage binge eating and the leak of movement and in the future that kid
will be obese and can have leak of social abilities like talking to persons and making new friends.

In my point of view, every child should have a minimum time table, that integrates normally everyday
activities and free time for himself were he can do wat ever he wants for instance after he finish school,
done with homework he can play outside with his friends or may be 1 to maximum 2 hours of screen
time. And every day that schedule should be change for preventing mixing activities and prevent
boredom of the kid. '
To conclude, it is hard for the parents to find a balance between children's activities, but at some point
after the kids express his preferences it can be possible to build the perfect time schedule to please both
the parent and the kid.

Test 2 03.2023

The graph represents how money are spend in particular categories between different age intervals in
the United Kingdom in 2004. Overall, there is a big increase in spending for food and drinks seen from
people under 30 years to people above 76 years.

Firstly, the young people under 30 years invest more money in restaurants and hotels, around 15 %.
Between 31 and 60 years there had been registered a slight decrease. The age group 61-75 years had
been notice to spend the less under 5%. After this, over 75 years there is a slight increase, but not much
over 5%.

Secondly, there is a rise of interest in entertainment trough the passing of years, with a peak of over 20%
seen in people between 61-75 years. After this there is a plummeting registered for people over 76
years. The only category that had been increase only is the spendings for food and drinks, that started at
5 % for young people, and reaching in the end at more than 20% for elderly.

To conclude, food and drinks will continue to take most of our intake from our pockets and unfortunately
will increase trough the passing of time.

In my opinion taking a year of to concentrate on your self, to know you better, is an advice I would give
to every young person which finished high school because nowadays schools do not give a good
perspective about life and sometimes is every hard to decide what you want to do next in your life.

There are some happy cases where kids know exactly what they want to do in life, for instance there are
a lot of students who know from early age that they want to become doctors, nurses, engineers, lawyers
etc. and in those cases if they are really sure about their next move, I hilly recommend to follow your
dream and start studying for that future career. Unfortunately, if you want to have such big dream, you
will have to study a lot and make a lot of sacrifices that will take many years, and taking a year of will
only be on your disadvantage.

Although, if you have questions and concerns about how your future will look and what would you like
to for the rest of your life, it is better in my point of view to skip a year and do whatever you want. It
does not matter if you want to travel to see the world or work to gain some experience in the work field.
I strongly recommend to make a plan and after that do what makes you happy in able to find your
pathway in life. However, there are of course some disadvantages, for instance, you could get lost of your
initial track and lost the opportunity to came back to continue your studies. One year of is not so much
time lost, but if you take more than one year maybe you will lose some opportunities. There is a say that
says that things should be done at their time, because life became more complicate in time and after
maybe you could not have the time to continue your studies or do a career that takes many years to be
able to do it.
I could give my own example, when I finished high school, I wanted to pursue a different career, but after
I field that dream because life had something else planed for me, I took 1 year of and spending it
working. In that time I had the chance to really know me and really be aware of my strongest points.
After that a made a plan and I started putting it in place, and of course all in final went great for me.
Today, I do what I like and I a very pleased of how things evolved. I strongly believe that year help me to
became what I am now.

To conclude, if you are not sure about your next steps in life, do not rush your decision and end doing
something you do not enjoy. It is better to take some time to reflect about your life and after start to
pursue your dream.

Test 3 03.2023

The data collected summarise the amount on students that had chance universities from 2 continents in
two selected years. Overall, there can be seen that the number of students that went from Australia to
Europe universities are maintained the same in 2007 and 2008.

Firstly, the number of students that exchange universities from Europe to Australia are growing. For
instance there had been registered an increase of students coming from Sweden and Germany from
2007 to 2009. Also there is an slight decrease from the countries France and United Kingdom. Although,
the total number of students coming from Netherland maintain the same. Overall, there is an increase in
the number of students that exchange university from Europe to Australia from 2007 to 2009, more
exactly from 189 to 226.

Secondly, the students that come from Australia to Europe had decrease in countries loke Sweden, UK
and Netherlands. The exceptions are France and Germany, with an increase, from 37 to 58 and from 18
to 26. Overall, the number of students that came to Europe in 2007 and 2009 remain the same, 152.

To conclude, it can be seen clearly that the interest of the European students to went to study in
Australia is higher, in comparation with the interest of those from Australia to come to Europe.

In the last years, English had become a language of international circulation. In my point of view, there
are lots of advantages of this phenomena but it has some little disadvantages that can contribute to the
loss of cultural identity.

Nowadays, traveling is something that we all do, for different reasons like holidays, visiting relatives or
even business. It is much easy for the once that are traveling to break the language barrier and be able
to manage different situations. This is, in my opinion, the main advantage of speaking English all over the
globe. However, there are other advantages, for instance if you want to get in contact with an institution
from abroad and you do not speak that language it is more effective to write via email or even speak at
phone in English because there is at list one person there who speak and understand English. The same
can apply to yourself, if you get a letter or a package from abroad and the language written there is
English you will sure understand of know to read the instruction from the thing you receive.
Unfortunately, if a thing has advantages, that one will sure have some disadvantages. In believe that the
most important one is the lost of cultural identity. The globalization phenomena will have in the future
this effect. If everybody is speaking only one language, we will forgive our own native language that
contribute in the end to a national identity crisis. Every country has a specific identity, starting from
language and continue with traditional manners which make every nationality unique and beautiful.

I strongly believe that the way things are in the moment is the best version. We should not go further
with the globalization process, in order to still be able to stop this lost of identity. We should maintain
English a global language and we should all have this language as our second language. People and
governments should have a hight interest in learning this language in able to get rid of language
discrimination.

To conclude, English should remain a language of international circulation but to be aware of the
globalization process in able to stop it before it is to late for us in order to lose our national identity.

Test 4 03.2023

The data presented represents the main differences between two types of mountains. It can be seen
clearly that, the main characteristic between tropical mountains and temperate mountain is the altitude
that every mountain reach.

Firstly, the two mountains have both at the top an area at the top with permanent snow. After this, there
is the are of alpine meadows in which for the tropical mountains is sorter and represents pe limit for
pine and firs and the same area at the temperate mountain is wider and represents the limit for spruce.
Next is the forest zone, which is directly proportional with the mountain hight and is the limit for broad-
leaf trees. The last thing that both the mountains have is the cool zone where grain cultivation is posible.

Secondly, the main differences between the to category of mountains is the hight, the tropical one
reaches over 5000 meters and the temperate one reaches only 3500 metres. Although, there are
furthermore 2 separate area for the tropical mountain the temperature zone used for coffee and cocoa
plantation and the last one, the warm zone, suitable for many tropical crops.

Overall, because of his bigger hight, the tropical mountain has more areas in comparation with the
temperate mountain.

Unfortunately, deaths cause by car and motorbikes are in the top of the list of the main causes of deaths
in my country. I my opinion, increasing the minimum legal age will not get down the number of deaths,
but on the contrary developing new strategist and improving the highways.

There are countries where the legal age is 16 years to be able to get of licence of driving, for instance the
USA. But the number of car accidents or deaths due to them are lower. What could be the explication? In
my opinion, the good qualities of the roads keep a lower number of accidents. In my country, the legal
age for getting a licence to drive a motorbike is 21 years, but there are many accidents that involves
motorbikes drivers and most of them are deadly.
On the other idea, the government should spend more money in developing strategies for the people to
be aware of the danger they put themself is they do not drive carefully. There are a lots of warning
campaigns over the world that have the meaning to make the drivers think again if they are going above
the speed limit, or drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs and not paying attention to the road, like
texting or driving or others activities that could put you at the risk of making an accident.

In my point of view, if the infrastructure if well develop, to prevent traffic jams the number of accidents
will fall. But this is not the only change I recommend, the laws should be more tougher. If you are caught
driving and texting, your should not be able to drive for many months and the fee should be much
higher, to make people be aware if they are break the law they will have to take much money from their
pocket.

To conclude, there are a lot of strategists to improve how people are driving and reduce the number of
car accidents. The increase of minimum legal age for driving is not an effective measure.
