So, today class I want to share to you a testimony from a COVID-19
survivor. I took this flash story from the google which was published last
March 7, 2020.

Carlo Navarro, his wife and his 15-year-old daughter visited Japan in February.
They knew they were taking a chance with coronavirus, but they thought they would be
spared if they religiously follow precautions. They carefully wore masks and gloves and
frequently sanitize their hands with alcohol.

But Navarro, a 48-year-old tax lawyer felt quickly the symptoms after they returned
home. It rapidly attacked his immune system and his health badly deteriorate. He was
the fourth case in the Philippines and the first Filipino to be confirmed with the disease.

A forcefully enhanced community quarantine has been in place on March 16 in the


northern part of the country, which nationwide had 636 cases with 38 deaths and 26
recoveries from Covid-19 on that day.

Navarro is among those who have completely recovered and is someone who felt
he had been close to death and he has vowed to spread awareness.

 When did the puppies play?
 You are correct! The word playfully tells us how the puppies played.
 Outside tells us where they played.
 And yesterday tells us when they played.

Life Cycle Of A Butterfly
1. Before becoming butterfly it undergo complete metamorphosis in which
they go through four different life stages.
Question? Before- is an adverb of time. (Fact)

2. A butterfly starts its life as an egg. The larva will be hatched from an egg


soon.
Question : The word soon is an adverb of Time ( Fact)

3. Then, it will start to eat leaves or flowers almost constantly.


Question : Constantly is an adverb of Manner ( Facts )

4. The caterpillar attaches itself to a twig and the exoskeleton splits to reveal
the pupa. The pupa hangs down from the twig. Inside the body of the
caterpillar is transforming into the butterfly.
Question : The word inside is an adverb of Place ( Facts)

5. The cocoon casing splits slowly and the adult butterfly develops.
The butterfly will go on to mate and lay eggs so the cycle can begin again.
Question : The word slowly is an adverb of place ( Bluff)
Answer: Adverb of manner.
