Permission Slip for School Trip to Salina Turda

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are excited to announce a school trip to Salina Turda on the 30th of May
Tuesday with the classes LKS2, UKS2 and KS3.

The aim of the trip to Salina Turda is to provide a holistic learning experience that
combines elements of history, geology, culture, and scientific observation. By
immersing themselves in this unique environment, our students will broaden
their knowledge, develop critical thinking skills, and create lasting memories.

We will be travelling by bus, departing from Oradea at 08:00 am (please don’t be

late to school), and returning at approximately 18:00.

Details of the trip:

● Arrival Time (back to Oradea): Approximately 18:00
● Mode of Transportation: Bus

Supervision:

The children will be under the supervision of our KS2 and KS3 staff members
throughout the trip to ensure their safety and well-being.

Meals:

Each child will be provided with a packed snack for the journey, which will
include a baguette sandwich, a portion of fruits, and juice. Additionally, we plan to
have a late lunch after the visit to Salina Turda at the food court of VIVO! Mall Cluj
on our way back home.

We kindly request that you provide your child with pocket money to cover
the cost of this meal.

Cost:

The price of the trip amounts to 225 RON per child. This fee encompasses
transportation, entrance fees, and refreshments comprising a sandwich, a serving
of fruits, and juice.

Further related expenditures are listed below. Kindly select the activities in which
your child wishes to partake and mark the corresponding box. They are allowed
to engage in a maximum of three activities and should bring the respective cost
as pocket money separately. If desired, they may participate in the same activity
twice, in which case please indicate as (x2).

It is important to note that changes to the chosen activities cannot be

accommodated once we have arrived at our destination, as we are a large group
and alterations may cause inconvenience.

the 30th of May. I understand that my child will be under the supervision of the
school staff and agree to abide by their instructions and decisions during the trip.

I have enclosed the sum of 225 lei in cash to cover the cost of the trip.

Please let us know of any allergies or medical conditions that may affect my
child's participation in the trip.
