Improve overall SHE performance. Ten percent (10%) reduction of Top 5 Illness base
on APE and consultation of the year.
Improve incident notification and Timely reporting of Safety, Health and Environment
investigation. incidents: within eight (8) hours.
1. Provide trainings for key personnel to understand the importance of Safety and having a safety
culture in the workplace.
2. Implement recommended controls on significant risk generated from the Risk Assessment.
3. Conduct a periodc review of Risk Assessment in all business units and aspects.
4. Include Managers to conduct a scheduled area inspection.
5. Implement "Safety Engagement Tool" program.
6. Strengthen Incident Investigation & Reporting procedure.
7. Implement at least 5-10 minutes housekeeping before end of shift.
8. Monitor performance and report to General Manager thru weekly / monthly departmental
coordination meetings.
9. Toolbox focused on the safety, health and envirenmental aspect of every activity in the operations
and maintenance.
10. Conduct training/seminar/drill on fire safety.
11. Keep records of near missess and incidents that occur and discuss in toolbox to avoid re-
occurrence.
12. Strict implementation of company safety rules and impose appropriate sanctions for violation of
SHE policies.
13. Compilation/standardization of job hazard analysis for critical activities.
14. Regular Blood Pressure monitoring for employees with medical conditions.
15. Provision and Maintenance of First Aid Kit (Medicine Cabinet) at strategic locations.

Prescribed Monitoring and Mesurements in Offices and Workplaces.
2. Full implementation of Maintenance Schedule for vehicles, machines and equipments.
3. Communicate Legal and Other Regulatory compliance and Schedules (Item 1) to designated
Department Heads and General Manager.
4. Regular cleaning/desilting of drainage system (Monthly or as need arises).
5. Provide orientation on applicable Legal and Other Requirements to Internal IMS Auditors, IMS
Coordinators and Key Employees.
6. Monitor performance and report to Top Management thru Management Review Meeting.
