Dear Friends, Relatives, Community members, Church Leaders, and Community Leaders.

On behalf of the Bishop Paride Taban Education Foundation Inc. (BPTEF), I would like to invite you
to attend the launch of the Foundation as per below details.

Launch: Bishop Paride Taban Education Foundation (BPTEF) Inc.

Date: Saturday, 15th July 2023, Time of start: 03:00pm till late.
Location: Mawson Lakes Hotel and Function Centre, 10 Main Street, Mawson Lakes, SA.

The Bishop Paride Taban Education Foundation Inc. (BPTEF) has been set up in Australia to enable
a community in Opari, South Sudan, to build and operate a school and health clinic for disadvantaged
girls and young women whose life opportunities would otherwise be limited and very difficult. Bishop
Paride Taban is a Catholic Bishop in South Sudan. He is highly esteemed amongst people in South
Sudan and is passionate about this project.

BPTEF has been formed to raise funds to build and to provide ongoing support for the school and
health clinic in South Sudan. BPTEF is an incorporated body in South Australia. We also have
certification with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, ACNC (ABN:
47190066002). The Board in Australia has members from Adelaide, Sydney, and the Northern
Territory, along with a member from North Dakota, USA, and another from Alberta, Canada. Several
members from the Board migrated to Australia from South Sudan. Others, including myself, have an
interest in the development of this project. The Board in South Sudan comprises members from
Juba, Torit and Opari.

Note: for those who could not be able to attend the event due to other circumstances, please feel
free to join the livestream/ zoom, perhaps the link will be share widely to the entire community by
Friday.
