1. INHLOSONGQANGI YALELI BHUKWANA
Leli bhukwana lihlose ukuhlomisa uthisa wesiZulu ngalokho okulindeleke kuyena kusukela ekuqaleni kuze kube sekupheleni konyaka. Linikeza indlela
okumele ihanjwe nguthisha kusukela abelwa umsebenzi wokufundisa isiZulu kuze kube ushicilela imaki lokugcina lomfundi ekupheleni konyaka imaki

Sifisa ukukugcizelela ukuthi leli bhukwana liwumhlahlandlela nje. Kungenzeka kube khona okunye isikole ngasinye esingafisa uthisha akwengeze.
Lokho kuyokwamukeleka uma nje kungaqophisani naleli bhukwana, futhi kuhambisana neNqubomgomo yesiFundo (Subject Policy Document). Kanjalo
futhi uma uMnyango wezeMfundo ezingeni lesiFundazwe kumbe likaZwelonke ushintsha noma wengeza okuthile okuthile kokushiwo yileli bhukwana,
lolo shintsho luyokwamukeleka.

Siyethemba ukuthi leli bhukwana lizoba wusizo kothisha abafundisa isiZulu kusukela kwizinga le- GET, (Amabanga 4 -9).

2. UKUSETSHENZISWA KWENQUBOMGOMO (CAPS document)

INqubomgomo iyona yokuqala kuzona zonke izinto uthisha okumele abe nazo. Ngesikhathi uthisha aziswa yi- Departmental Head ukuthi nguye
ozofundisa leso sifundo kumele athole kumbe acele iNqubumgomo yaso. Uma efundisa kumbe ehlola ngaphandle kwayo, usuke ezinhlanhlathela nje,
efunza abafundi ushevu.

INqubomgomo iyona eyisilabhasi kazwelonke yaleso sifundo kulelo nalelo bangabanga. Uma uthisha efundisa elandela yona ukhiqiza abafundi
abasezingeni likazwelonke kuleso sifundo. Lokhu kusho ukuthi noma abafundi bakhe banganikezwa iphepha elisethwe laba sezingeni likaZwelonke
(njengakwaMatikuletsheni), abafundi bakhe bangakwazi ukubhekana nalo.

Kwasukela ngezilwane ezintathu, ingulube nembuzi kanye nonogwaja.
Ngelinye ilanga izilwane ezimbili, ingulube nembuzi zahlangana. Zathi uma izibona unogwaja zaqala

12. UHLU LWAMAMAKI

Uhlu lwamamaki abafundi luyirekhodi eligciniwe elinikezaisithombe sokuthi abafundi benze kanjani ekuhlolweni kwabo.

Nakhu okubalulekile ngohlu lwamamaki:

a. Yonke imisebenzi yokuhlola okuhleliwe (formal assessment) kumele ivele kuhlu lwamamaki.

b. Uhlu lwamamaki abafundi aluhlaziye indlela abafundi abenze ngayo kumsebenzi ngamunye

c. Lokhu kuyamsiza uthisha ukubona ukuthi abafundi baxhugela kuphi.

d. Uhlu lwamamaki alutholakale njalo kwifayela kathisha uma ludingeka.

Uhlu lwamamaki luyisifuba (confidential). Naba abantu abanelungelo lokulubona:

a. Abafundi

b. Abazali

c. Abaphathi kanye nabanye othisha esikoleni

13. AMATHUBA ANGEZIWE (Extended opportunities)

Kunezimo lapho uthisha kufanele enze okungaphezulu kwalokho okwejwayelekile. Lokhu ukwenza ngenhloso yokubhekana nenkinga engamenza
angakwazi ukuqeda isilabhasi ekupheleni konyaka; kumbe engadala ukuthi abafundi bangaphumeleli kufike ezingeni elifanele.

13.1. Ukubuyisa sikhathi esilahlekile (Recovery Plan)


Lokhu kungadalwa yezimo ezithile ezenzekile zaphazamisa ukufunda nokufundisa esikoleni noma ekilasini, ebezingeke zinqandeke. Izibonelo:
Iziteleka, ukungabi khona kukathisha esikoleni, ukuhamba kwamanzi, isimo sezulu, imicimbi yesikole kanye nezinye.

13.2. Ukusiza abafundi abanezingqinamba ezithile (Remedial Plan)


Ziningi izingqinamba ezahlukene ezingadala abafundi bangenzi kahle esifundweni. Abafundi bangaba nenkinga esifundweni sonke, isib; abafundi
abadluliswe ngenxa yeminyaka emabangeni aphansi bengasiphasanga isiZulu, abafundi abangakwazi ukuxhumana kahle ngesiZulu njalonjalo.
Kuyenzeka futhi abafundi babe nengqinamba ekhonweni noma emakhonweni athile, kungaba ukubhala kumbe ukufunda isiZulu njalonjalo.

13.3. Ukuthuthukisa isifundo (Subject Improvement Plan)


Uthisha angaba nesu lokusiza abafundi ukuthi isifundo sakhe basiphumelele ngamamaki aphezulu. Lokhu kungadalwa ukuthi uthisha kunezinga
eliwumgomo azibekele wona afisa isifundo sakhe siphumelelwe ngalo. Kwesinye isikhathi uthisha usuke ebona ukuthi amamaki abafundi bakhe
awagculusi.

14 IZINCWADI (Textbooks)
Izincwadi ziyizinsizakufunda ezibalulekile ngoba ziqukethe imisebenzi yokuzilolonga eyenziwa abafundi. Nakuba kunjalo akufanele zithathe indawo
yeNqubomgomo. Akumele uthisha agcine esegxile encwadini kuphela uma efundisa noma ehlola.
