As an IBD, understanding the potential and where you can go with the compensation plan, unveils the incredible and unique
benefits that the BEMER Business has to offer.
This outline is recommended for someone who is currently an IBD and goes beyond what a prospect of the BEMER
business should be presented with. This is meant to help newer Independent BEMER Distributors plan and know where
they would like to go in the future with their BEMER Business.
Please refer to a readable copy of the BEMER USA Terms and Conditions Policy and procedures. Also, refer to the corporate copy of BEMER USA
Compensation Plan posted in your online back office.
Any income figures mentioned are not meant to imply or guarantee any level of earnings to an independent BEMER Distributor; that will be based upon
individual effort and other circumstances.
BEMER Business is flexible and allows for a variety of opportunities for reaching more customers. So with this in mind, all
you have to do is just get started!
**Important: you do not have to maintain inventory to run your BEMER Business.
There is no requalification, which means once you reach a given level, you will always receive a commission at that level
when you make a sale. With a small and active team, it is possible to achieve a strong six-figure income with your BEMER
Business. We also have a global business opportunity and a significant bonus structure.
Become an IBDJ or IBDS – sell a few units in the direct sale model and build a small team.
Become a Team Manager, Organizational Manager, Organizational Director. Sell BEMER products, build and manage a large organization, and qualify for significant overrides.
Getting Started
2. Attend an academy
3. Qualify your position by buying a BEMER for your personal inventory or selling a BEMER system.
• Fully Commission-qualified
$199 Distributor Registration*
The first sale commission goes to the Sponsor. The idea behind this unique approach is to prevent Trainees from hastily
signing up individuals without the minimum necessary experience.
Not using or having a BEMER product will increase the difficulty of selling and promoting it (but it’s not impossible!)
Regardless of the entry method and ultimate business goals, each level of the BEMER Business is fostered by healthy
relationships and backed by strong customer service practices. Your customers will be your biggest ambassadors and it is
helpful to think of and treat them as such.
On front level for personal sales, you can earn 17%. Anyone you sign up who makes a sale will earn you 8% (Tier I). If that
first tier signs up another IBD, and that new person makes a sale, you earn 3%. (Tier-II).
This is significant in terms of earnable income: it’s almost a 50% increase in your personal sales. (With tiered affiliate
programs, you still earn the same.)
In basic terms, one sale a month equals $1,400 dollars extra a month. If you make two personal sales a month, you can earn
close to $2,800. This means if you only choose to participate in direct sales, just by making one or two sales a month, you
can potentially earn between $32,000 and $76,000 extra a year. This point should be highlighted as, in many network
marketing plans, there isn’t much potential for earning through direct selling.
In other words, that person knows, likes, and believes in one of your previous customers. This directly increases the
likelihood of purchase and strengthens the overall quality of this new referral contact. In this high-quality referral situation,
even though the previous customer doesn't know this new customer personally, there is automatically more trust involved
because the referral came through a common friend.
General Example
In this scenario, by finding, onboarding, and training one IBD Senior directly, the effort has brought you nearly $3500 from
your first tier. By helping your team, you as the mentor are compensated well. By focusing on creating IBD Seniors, you
can reach every level of BEMER’s Compensation plan.
When these qualifications are met, the IBD then achieves the rank of Group Leader. Please note individuals with the rank of
“IBDT” are not counted toward the status of Group Leader, only IBDs who sell or purchase a BEMER Product.
In practice, if you focus on developing IBD Seniors, the amount of overall qualified Independent BEMER Distributors will
accumulate naturally. Usually, the accumulation of 20 affiliate representatives happens before the development of Senior
Status.
An additional 1.5% is added to both your entire team and personal sales! With an active team, potential earnings become
even more significant.
What's more, an additional compensation opportunity is also unlocked when the GL leader achieves 5000 group sales
points. This means the personal sales volume including the accumulated volume up to the next GL. This points
achievement status also unlocks an extra management bonus that includes an additional 2% on all “Junior” sales made
throughout your entire team.
This means every Junior Distributor (IBDJ) must make 4 sales (5,000 points) to become a Senior Distributor. As such, each
of the first 4 sales of each IBDJ is considered a Junior Sale.
The management BONUS is paid only on Junior Sales. The 2% Management Bonus is paid to the first GL or above upline.
In scenarios where there are two GLs in a single downline, the 2% difference commission from the Junior sale goes to the
closest GL while the 1% management bonus will go to the supportive GL above.
When you’re just getting started, this may be confusing, but you’ll get the hang of it – for now, just know that it is possible
to develop another GL in your group and still receive bonuses.
Team Manager
The next rank is Team Manager. To qualify, you need to develop 8 first-tierSenior Distributors and have at least 1 group
leader in either Tier I or Tier II. This qualification can happen naturally if you focus on developing Seniors. As your team
grows, and you’re supporting more people, and presenting, and hosting academies, the compensation plan adjusts
accordingly.
Once the status of TM is reached, an additional compensation opportunity is also unlocked when the TM achieves 15,000
group sales points. This means the personal sales volume including the accumulated volume up to the next TM.
You’ll see an increase to a 3% bonus on all activity in your downline, including your own sales. Also included is a 4%
management bonus on all IBDJ sales in your entire team *after 15,000 team sales points are reached. This means anytime a
qualifying sale is made in your organization, as a Team Manager, you earn an additional 4% or $240. In practice, if you
have 50 IBDs in your group and you help develop them toward one sale. those figures become significant and can lead to a
very healthy income.
Organizational Manager
From the Team Manager position, if you develop another Team Manager anywhere in your organization, you open yourself
up for another rank advancement. The OM position also unlocks another 2% bonus on top of the previous bonus earned.
Further management promotion bonuses are available with the accumulation of 15,000 and 25,000 team sales points. For
further details please visit our compensation plan training videos and of course be sure to check out the latest version of the
compensation plan.
Organizational Director
If you develop 3 or more Team Managers in separate legs of your organization, you can advance toward the next rank of
Organizational Director and unlock an additional 2% override.
It’s important to keep in mind that, often as you advance, other leaders in your group will be receiving the immediate bonus
associated with GL, TM, or OM positions. This is why the 2% is offered to leaders in the OD position.
Further management promotion bonuses are available with the accumulation of 15,000 and 25,000 100,000 team sales
points. For further details please visit our compensation plan training videos and of course be sure to check out the latest
version of the compensation plan.
OD Plus
When you’ve developed 4 separate Team Manager legs, as your team grows and bonuses are paid to those beneath, you
unlock another bonus of 1% and still keep the 2% for sales for which you are the Team Manager.
Further management promotion bonuses are available with the accumulation of 15,000 and 25,000 100,000 sales points.
For further details please visit our compensation plan training videos and of course be sure to check out the latest version of
the compensation plan.
It's best not to complicate and over-analyze every possible scenario. If you work hard and focus on developing Senior
distributors, you’ll eventually grow through each level of our compensation plan. Take your time and just get started.
