१) इ छु क क प व थापन स लागार यांचक
े डू न उपरो त यात नमूद के लेली िवकास कामे करणेकामी, िनिवदा
पुव व िनिवदा प ात कामांसाठी क प व थापन स लागार नेमणूक करणेसाठी द.२४/०७/२०२३ ते
द.३१/०७/२०२३ रोजी दुपारी ३.०० वाजेपयत दर मागिवणेत येत आहेत.
२) अटीयु , उिशरा आले या व अपुण कोटेशन चा िवचार के ला जाणार नाही.
३) क प व थापन स लागार यांची फम अि त वात असलेबाबतचा पुरावा, वरील नमूद पपरी
क प व थापन स लागार सदर असलेबाबतचा पुरावा व का या यादीत
महानगरपािलके या पॅनेलवरील
समािव नसलेबाबतचे १०० . ित ापञावर नोटराई ड िलफाफा . १ म येसादर करणे बंधनकारक आहे.
४) क प व थापन स लागार यांनी िनिवदा र मे या ट े वारी (%) म ये दर िलफाफा . २ म ये सादर
करावयाचे आहेत.
५) सदरची कोटेशन नोटीस महारा शासनाचे अिधकृ त वेबसाईट www.mahatender.gov.in या वेबसाईटवर
पाहणेस उपल ध आहे.

 ६) क प व थापन स लागार यांना मनपा व शासनाकडील वेळोवेळी लागू के लेले व कर यात येणा-या शासन
िनणय (GR), आदेश व प रपञके इ. नुसार काम करणे बंधनकारक राहील.
७) कोटेशन भरणेची मुदत संप यानंतर ३ दवसां या आत ऑनलाईन अपलोड के लेली कागदपञे हाड कॉपी सह या
कायालयास सादर करणे बंधनकारक राहील.
८) क प व थापन स लागार यांना िनिवदा पुव व िनिवदा प ात कामांसाठी िनिवदा रकमेचा जा तीत जा त
२% र मे पयतच फ अदा करणेत येईल. २% पे ा जा त दर सादर के ले या क प व थापन स लागारांचे
सादर के लेले कोटेशन ा धरले जाणार नाही.
९) करारना यातील सव अटी व शत बंधनकारक राहतील.
१०) क प व थापन स लागार यांची पपरी चचवड महानगरपािलके या वरील नमुद के ले या वग .२ म ये
न दणी के ले याचा दाखला सोबत जोडणेत यावा.
११) सदर कामासाठी क प व थापन स लागार यांना सोबत जोडले या प ाम ये टाफ ठे वावा लागेल. कामाचे
आदेश द यापासून काम पूण होईपयत सदर टाफम ये क प व थापन स लागार यांना बदल करता येणार
नाही. कामा या मुदतीत जर क प व थापन स लागार यांचा टाफ सोडू न गेला तर यांना यांचे देय फ या
१०% र म यांचे िबलातून कपात करणेत येईल.

१२) पपरी चचवड महानगरपािलके या पपरी चचवड पोलीस आयु ालयामधील थाप य िवषयक व
अनुषंिगक कामे करणे या कामाची िनिवदा िस द झा यानंतरच क प व थापन स लागार यांना के ले या
कामाचे देयक ट या ट याने अदा करणेत येईल.
१३) सदर कामासाठी क प व थापन स लागार यांनी नमुद कामासाठी नकाशे / आराखडे तयार करावयाचे आहे.
याकामी पधा घेणत
े येईल. क प व थापन स लागार यांनी मनपाकडे सादर के लेले नकाशे / आराखडे /
सादरीकरणाची कागदप े यांची मनपाची मालक राहील. क प व थापन स लागार यांचा यावर ह
राहणार नाही सदर पधा / सादरीकरण क प व थापन स लागार यांनी दनांक २८/०७/२०२३ रोजी
मा.शहर अिभयंता यांचे कॉ फर स हॉलम ये दु.३.०० वा. करावयाचे आहे. तसेच मा.शहर अिभयंता यांचे
सादरीकरण (Presentation) मंजरू करतील, यांचच
े ई-कोटेशन ारे ा झालेले दराचे पाक ट उघडणेत
येतील.याबाबत अिधक मािहतीसाठी याकामा या कायकारी अिभयंता ी. अिनल शदे (९९२२५०१७८१)
यांचेशी संपक साधावा.
१४) क प व थापन स लागार यांची िनयु ही QCBS प दतीने होणार आहे. तरी सोबत जोडले या
Methodology of Quality Cost Base Selection (QCBS) चे अवलोकन क न, कोटेशन भर यात
यावे. सदर QCBS म ये नमूद के लेली सव कागदपञे पाक ट . १ म ये सादर करावी. तसेच पाक ट .२
म ये दर नमूद करावे.
१५) कोणतेही कारण न देता कोटेशन पुणत: कवा अंशत: मंजूर अथवा नामंजरू करणेचा अिधकार मा.शहर अिभयंता
यांनी वत:कडे राखून ठे वलेला आहे.

Methodologv of Qualitv Cost Base Selection (QCBSI

PART 1 Technical proposal evaluation

1. Technical proposal shall be evaluated as per the detailed evaluation critbria
here under.
The technical proposal shall contains -
The marking system based on
A. Firms profile- 20 Marks (Details & Distribution of marks as per annexure I)
B. Relevant experience shall be considered only for the projects completed or
completed more than 95%. The certificate of not below the rank of Executive
Engineer will be considered. Experience of private works will not be considered.
30 Marks (Details & Distribution of marks as per annexure II)
C. eualification of Kev Personnelshall contain CV's & qualifying certificates.
20 Marks (Details & Distribution of marks as per annexure III)
D. presentation. 30 Marks (Details & Distribution of marks as per annexure IV)

The consultant shall submit complete technical proposal in hard copy within the
scheduled date of submission.
The above technical proposal is designed for regular works like roads, bridges,
buitdings. For other specific / specialised projects, the conditions / marking system
may vary with the approval of the Authority
Z. After submission of the proposal the consultant has to give presentation to the
committee based on criteria given in the docurnent'
3. After presentation the technical proposal will be scrutinised and evaluated based on
documents submitted by the consultant.
4. Based on total marks obtained in the technical proposal (TS -Technical score) i'e. of
presentation and technical proposal list of the 3 consultants securing maximum
marks will be published on the website'
The top 4 consultants who have maximum technical score will be
considered for fi na ncial evaluation'

PART 2 Evaluation of Financial Pioposal

It will be verified whether the financial proposals are complete & as per RFP then
financial proposal of the 4 consultants having maximum technical score will be
opened in presence of representatives of the consultants'
For financial evaluation, total cost of financial propgsal' excluding GST wilt be
considered.
