DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

OF TWO PARCELS OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed by REMEDIOS GALLARON HATFIELD of legal

age, widow, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Malbog, Tolosa, Leyte, hereinafter called the
VENDOR, in favor of ELEANOR P. DUNAGAN of legal age, married, Filipino and a
resident of Brgy. Bislig, Tanauan, Leyte, hereinafter called the VENDEE,

- WITNESSETH -

That, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY

THOUSAND PESOS (Php 120,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged from the VENDEE to the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR does hereby
sell, transfer and convey, in a manner ABSOLUTE AND IRREVOCABLE, unto said
VENDEE, her heirs, successors and assigns, that two (2) parcels of land designated as
Cadastral Lot No.1450 of Tolosa Cadastre, Tolosa, Leyte containing an area of TWO
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN (2,877) SQUARE METERS, more or
less, covered by ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. P-65782 and Cadastral Lot
No. 3885 of Tolosa Cadastre, Tolosa, Leyte containing an area of ONE THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT (1,588) SQUARE METERS more or less, covered by
ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. P-65783, respectively, together with the
improvements thereon, which real properties are more particularly described and
bounded as follows:

located at Brgy. Malbog, Tolosa, Leyte, bounded:

That said VENDOR is the sole and exclusive owner in fee simple of the above described
real properties her title/right thereto being evidenced by Original Certificate of Title No.
P-65782 and Original Certificate of Title No. P-65783.

That the VENDOR hereby warrants valid title to, and peaceful possession of the
property herein sold and conveyed, and further declares that the same is free from all
liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
