Proposed Title: Development of a New Model on Utilizing Online Learning
Platforms to Improve Students’ Academic Achievements and Satisfaction

I. My Identified Problem:

The drastic change of the education system in the Philippines

due to the pandemic decreases the number of students who participate on
the distance learning. Many students according to surveys have lack
knowledge and learning in the new-normal set-up of education. This shows
that many students are not getting the appropriate and essential learning
from the distance learning approach.

II. My Reflection about the Problem:

This is a very serious matter when it comes to our education
system. There will come a time that the schools will not produce quality
graduates that will help to the development of the country. As a future
teacher, it is important to think of ways on how we will be able to survive
this kind of situation by addressing these challenges.

 III. My Plan of Action:
This action research aimed to investigate the guiding factors
for using online learning platforms to improve students' academic
achievements and satisfaction in higher education institutions, with the
goal of developing a new hybrid technology acceptance model by
combining TDT and BTT. The current study is taking a big step forward by
combining TDT with a BTT model. Using the proposed model, the current
study looked at how students' backgrounds, experiences, partnerships,
relationships, and autonomy influenced their satisfaction. Furthermore,
the consequences of students' application, remembering, understanding,
analyzing, and satisfaction influenced students' academic results in a
favorable way.
