It is in this light that this office, through the Human Resource Development Section (HRDS), conducts the three-day Training Workshop on Facilitation Skills Development for Potential Facilitator/Trainers for Selected School Heads, Senior and Junior High School Teachers on August 9-11, 2023. The venue to be announced on a separate issuance. 2. This activity aims to: a. capacitate the participants with basics of facilitation and enhance their potentials as facilitators/trainers; and b. assist the existing facilitators/trainers with main goal of producing another competent pool who will translate into action all programs of the department that the region is mandated to conceptualize and implement. 3. Participants to this activity are selected School Heads, Senior and Junior High School Teachers. Please refer to Enclosure No. | for the list of participants. 4, Public Schools District Supervisors and School Heads are advised to inform the concerned participants to attend the said training workshop. Opening program will start at exactly 2:00pm of August 8, 2023. 7. Food and accommodation of the participants and the members of the Program Management Team (PMT) shall be charged against HRTD Fund. On the other hand, travelling and incidental expenses of the concerned participants shall be charged against School MOOE/SDO local funds subject to the availability and the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 8.
