Vaccine Management Training Campaign For

Nursing

It is our great pleasure to invite

The campaign invites you to be the Sponsor for this wave, having a space in the medical exhibition
area of a 2 sqm, logo display, 45 minutes symposium and 15 free registrations for each wave and
lunch

· Location: Dubai - UAE.


· Course Sponsors: Pasteur GCC, Almarai
· Course Language: English (working knowledge of English is essential for all

participants).

· Beneficiaries: Employees of the Public and/or Private Health Sector in UAE involved In
Expanded Program on Immunization and/or supply chain management system.
· Course Content: The Participants will be trained in all aspects of Vaccine Management (refer
programme) with proactive hands-on approach following the philosophy of adult-learning. It
is ensured that every participant has understood the topic and the contents of the course
and will be able to put into practice the right methods elaborated in the modules.
· All participants must complete the entire course otherwise certificate will not be awarded

· Proposed Duration: The course is designed for 1 day.

· Proposed Period: 2 wave to be in 19 April 2019.
· Number of Participants: Optimum 40 per course (minimum 12 and maximum 25).
· Participants’ Qualification/Designation: Nurses.
· Course Timings: The course runs full day, commencing morning at 8:30 and closing by
evening at 5:00 pm.

· Venue of the Course: Grand Millennium Business Bay,Dubai - UAE.


· Sitting Arrangements: The participants sit in a ‘U’ shaped formation during the training. The
presenter and the screen are located at the open end of the ‘U’ shape. Facilitators’ table is
located in the back i.e. at the closed end of the ‘U’. After every plenary session the
participants break out into groups. The maximum number of groups is ‘four’ at any given
time. Adequate space should be made available for group work i.e. four small round tables
with 5 chairs around each.
· Coffee Breaks /Lunch: Two coffee breaks are planned every day during the course of which,
the first should include snacks. Lunch for participants and facilitators will be provided by the
sponsor.
· Speakers: Eurolink will propose the speakers for the course
