Purpose: This procedure serves as the general environmental guidelines of the dealership.

This is also
to ensure the observance of environmental protection in the entire operations in the
dealership.
Procedure
1. Minimization of waste water generation
a. Sweep the floor first before cleaning the area using the mop heads to prevent the solid particle
entering the oil/water separator compartments.
b. Use only mop heads in cleaning the service workshop flooring.
c. Never use water with hose in cleaning the area to avoid large consumption of water.
d. Strictly wash the mop heads to the designated washing area.
e. Regularly maintain plumbing. Identify and repair leaks.
f. Shut off water supply in unused area.
2. Minimize evaporation emission
a. Monitor the CO2 of the fuel consumption of the vehicle Company and electricity.
b. Spray gun washing area must be tightly covered if not in use.
3. Solid waste segregation
a. Color coded garbage bins (green, yellow and red) are available in the workshop.
b. Segregate waste into recyclable, General and Hazardous.
4. Energy conservation
a. Equipment in the workshop and office must be unplugged if not in use.
