High Morale ba ang R9 personnel natin?

At this juncture, I would like to congratulate all personnel who

tirelessly took their time and have worked beyond the hours of duty
to finish all that needs to be accomplished. Vince Lombardi, a
renowned football coach, once said, “Perfection is not attainable,
but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.” We knew that
we are not perfect as an institution, but we consistently and
relentlessly strive to be the best at what we do.

Today, we humbly submit and commit to comply with the Audit

findings of our internal auditors. This is a challenge for all of us and
an indispensable process to be achieve our goal. From this day on, I
urge all personnel to be more focused, steadfast, and resolute to grow
as individuals towards the tasks given to us and build a culture of
mutual support and teamwork.

Remember, we are all here in this journey towards the achievement

of our common objective- excellence of our human resource, policies
and procedures that provide satisfaction to our clients. The ISO 9001:
2015 Certification is the icing to the cake after all that we have went
through as an organization.

Together, we shall commit to the aspirations of the Jail Bureau and

pursue excellence as our legacy.
