(felix walks by abuela) Come on Abuela (Abuela laughs)(Mirabel enters stage)

The house is in danger…(everybody stops dancing and looks at Mirabel) the house is
indanger. There were cracks everywhere… The house was shaking, it was like anearthquake
and the candle almost went out.
Abuela
Show me(All exit stage but curtains don’t close. They enter stage again in the opposite side
theywent out)
Mirabel
(looking around, seeing that everything is normal) What! The cracks were there, theywere
everywhere. The house was in trouble, the candle was… Abuela I promise.
Abuela
That’s enough (turns around to the townspeople) There is nothing wrong with la
casamadrigal. The magic is strong, and so are the drinks. Please! Music! (claps 2 times)

What’s hurting the magic? (she starts picking up more, and then puts 3 together and shesees

I broke into Bruno’s tower. I found his last vision. The family’s in trouble. The magic isdying. The house is
breaking, Luisa’s gift is fading. And I think it’s all because of me.
Agustin
We say nothing. Abuela wants this night to be perfect till the Guzmans leave. No
one willknow just act normal. No one has to know.

(Bruno runs and stops in the middle of the stage, and then Mirabel also enters runningand
stops next to Bruno.)
