Dear Sir,
We hereby inform you that, we have already complete paving asphalt
concrete of our project. The following work is road marking; we want to
use the road marking which are produced by Henan Tiantu Road Ltd. of
China. We have already used it for many of our projects in Ethiopia. Like as
Megenagna-Ayat Asphalt Road Project 、 Meskle Squar-Kality Interchange
Project and Bole Ring Road Round About –Meskel Square Road Project and
so on. We take responsibility for this quality. Now we submit the inspection
certificate for road marking test results with this letter.
Please check and give us approval.
