essential soft skills for students
I. Introduction
A. Hook: “Soft skills account for 75% of your success”, Master Le Tham Duong said.
B. Back ground Info: Nowadays, the world has changed, and we live in an era of
profound change in all aspects of the "flat world" era. Earth has become "the global
village of all mankind". In order to integrate and adapt to that environment beyond
capacity (knowledge, skills, attitudes), students must have certain soft skills.
C. Thesis Statement: Although students need a lot of skills when studying at
university, there are three mainly soft skills that they have to focus mostly are
teamwork, leadership and confidence.
II. First main idea: Teamwork: Teamwork is one of the most sought-after skill in the
university
