Dear Sir,
As per your quotation dated 18.02.2023, we are pleased to place a work
order for the above-mentioned project: -

1. To collect the sample of various construction Rates as per Enclosed
materials from the site of work/yard, for testing as Annexure-A on the
per relevant IS Code/MoRT&H specifications and mutually agreed terms &
conveying the result for the work cited as subject. conditions.
Term and Conditions: -
1. The work will be immediately started after the confirmation through this work
order/letter.
2. Income Tax (TDS) as applicable will be deducted.
3. GST will be paid extra as applicable.
4. You will fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend the DCC Infra Projects limited
from and against any and all losses, damages, costs charges and/ or claims with
respect to the death of or injury to any person, loss of or damage to any property
that may arise during the Construction process.
5. Courts of Kaithal shall have Jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out
of this sub-contract/work.
6. Bills shall be considered for payment if it is approved and signed by all the
members of committee comprising of Project Manager, Q.S and one Authorized
Q.C Engineer.
7. Payment shall be done as per submitted bills, which are only subjected to TDS
deduction if applicable.
