organization is formed independently from the government so when an organization is formed
without the help of the government or not established by the government is known as a non-
governmental organization. They are known to be the key actors on the international stage to raise

a different purpose, they include international charities but even after they work for different issues

big NGO whose goal is to help people get rid of poverty and starvation while improving their health

they are known as a global culture. culture changes with time by creating new elements and by
getting influenced by other cultures it keeps evolving. not to mention globalization is helping culture
to change faster than ever. with the help of technology, international trade, multinational companies
which are known as MNCs, the movement of people which is often known as migrating, and using
English as a global language culture is evolving.

there are two factors that are driving its creation, the two factors are soft power and hard power. the
spread of culture is called cultural diffusion which is often gained through hard power. for thousands
of years, cultural changes are brought about by powerful civilizations. hard power is when force is
used even by involving military tools to take over a territory.

another factor or way to bring changes in culture nations and countries use soft power this soft power
is generally used in the modern world. there is no force and less violence when soft power is used to
bring cultural changes.

people all over the world react differently to globalization the reactions has many forms. as we can
see in this stimulus we can find different reaction of different country leader's. they are reacting
differently to globalization. former US president Donald believes in embracing the national
foundations and people should not try to replace or erase them, he also believes that those true
citizens and people should stick to their root and stay committed to its culture and history as
globalization is changing culture so the former US president is opposed to it. the spread of technology
has definitely changed lives, due to globalization because of technology there is an integrated global
supply chain and the transportation is also changing so Barack Obama says that they can not build a
wall even if they want to due to globalization (Barack Obama, 2016).

one of the negative impact of globalization that people are facing is that societies and countries are
becoming more focused on themselves without thinking about other nations and countries and this
can be harmful in ways such as wars or fights can begin due to this selfishness so i think it is wise to
think about other nations as well while deciding for our own countries because at the end of the day

no nation wants a war. such impact of globalization is considered to be harmful when people and
nations are only being focused on themselves, Indian prime minister Narendra Modi believes it is
wrong mind set and it can harm people and cause more damage (Narendra Modi, 2018).

technology is improving day by day and it is becoming faster and changing lives but with the
improving technology it is important to make sure that all the machinery that is provided is doing
their job and that they are capable of delivering the task they are made for. in the present economic
system if the machines fail to show the productivity they can be the reason for the downfall of the
economic system. free trade and trade barriers are also there due to globalization and it is often seen
as a positive side of it but we have to make sure that due to this the machinery that are being
produced and supplied they being efficient enough and delivering their task because if it is done
properly then the productiveness and wealth will increase of a country ( Xi Jing Ping, 2019).
