The submission is in the form of a completed individual portfolio folder, including Project
development plan, Project Log Book, Performance review and the tasks set out in the
Assignment Brief. Each student should submit an individual portfolio folder.

Part 1: You are required to develop a project plan to scope the topic and define the aims
and objectives of your project. You are required to complete the log book to reflect the
practice and draw a work breakdown structure and Gantt Chart.

Part 2: You are required to make a report use of headings, bullet points and subsections
as appropriate. The recommended word limit is 300-500 words, although you will not
have penalised for exceeding the total work limit. All work must be supported with
research and referenced using the Harvard referencing system. You are required to
complete the log book to reflect the practice.

Assignment Brief and Guidance:

You are working as an employee in Project Management Office at ‘Green Revolve’

Company Ltd. Your project manager asks you to do a research-based project on
exploring the environmental impact of digital transformation.

The main Theme:

Your small-scale research is reliant on gathering information/data that can be analysed.

After finishing the data gathering process from Assignment 1. Your manager from the
‘Green Revolve’ Company Ltd. want to establish a project for their organization under the
topic ‘The potential of refurbishing, repairing and reusing digital devices rather
than replacing’. This organization’s business is imported digital devices and distribute in
local area for the IT sector in myanmar.

You need to produce comprehensive project plan and analyse the appropriate tools and
techniques and present your finding and made meaningful conclusion. Write the
reflective report for your research and findings with valid conclusion. You must also need
to write the performance review template to reflect your personal development.

Must include:

1. Develop a project plan and identify key elements required to scope the topic.
Define the aims and objectives of the project and decide on the key milestones of
the project. Complete the log book to reflect the practice. Produce a work
breakdown structure to show what it is and how it is used for project
management planning. Complete a Gantt Chart of the project.

2. Following the project, produce a written evaluation of the reflection and

effectiveness of your project by completing performance review template. Present
your project recommendations and justifications of decisions made, based on
research of the identified theme and sector. This stage is final completion and
submission for your project evaluation and recommendations.
