The submission is in the form of a completed individual portfolio folder, including Project
development plan, Project Log Book, Performance review and the tasks set out in the
Assignment Brief. Each student should submit an individual portfolio folder.
Part 1: You are required to develop a project plan to scope the topic and define the aims
and objectives of your project. You are required to complete the log book to reflect the
practice and draw a work breakdown structure and Gantt Chart.
Part 2: You are required to make a report use of headings, bullet points and subsections
as appropriate. The recommended word limit is 300-500 words, although you will not
have penalised for exceeding the total work limit. All work must be supported with
research and referenced using the Harvard referencing system. You are required to
complete the log book to reflect the practice.

LO3 Produce project plans based on research of the chosen theme for an identified
organisation
LO4 Present your project recommendations and justifications of decisions made, based
on research of the identified theme and sector.
You need to produce comprehensive project plan and analyse the appropriate tools and
techniques and present your finding and made meaningful conclusion. Write the
reflective report for your research and findings with valid conclusion. You must also need
to write the performance review template to reflect your personal development.
Must include:
1. Develop a project plan and identify key elements required to scope the topic.
Define the aims and objectives of the project and decide on the key milestones of
the project. Complete the log book to reflect the practice. Produce a work
breakdown structure to show what it is and how it is used for project
management planning. Complete a Gantt Chart of the project.

• Did the project succeed in its aims? How do you know? Specifically, outline any evaluation and
assessment undertaken.
• What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g. initial
inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
• What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely
identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
• How will this inform and support your continuous professional development
