6 months training directly supervised by institute.

--Stay 3 days at the institute.

--Stay 2 months at branch office

--Return to training institute, stay 7 days

--Experience sharing, specific topics classes, need to appear exam.

--Start for another branch.

is done only for vacant post.
Suspension : Concern authority may suspense any employee by
noticing before 3 months. If service period is less than 10 years , he
will not get any service facilities.
Resign : Application for resign must submit to M.D. Timely
suspended and objectionable employee must not submit resign letter
before minimize.
Leaving job : If any employee has been absent for more than
one months without permission

RETIREMENT POLICY

Depending on the bank’s permission ,any employee after 10 years of


service can retire and receives several lac taka from pension benefit.

Total service age limit 60 years including 1 year L.P.R

Ending of service employee receive service benefit (Pension & gratuity )


according to Grameen Bank service rule.
