Permanent : After successful completion of 1 year Training
period.
Promotion : All promotion depend on Working skill & Merit. This
is done only for vacant post.
Suspension : Concern authority may suspense any employee by
noticing before 3 months. If service period is less than 10 years , he
will not get any service facilities.
Resign : Application for resign must submit to M.D. Timely
suspended and objectionable employee must not submit resign letter
before minimize.
Leaving job : If any employee has been absent for more than
one months without permission

• Reproach
• Promotion or yearly increment held up for a
certain period.
• Not to cross efficiency bar in pay-scale.
• Demotion to lower scale.
• Compulsory resignation.
• Compulsory suspension from the job.
