II. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE:

One of the important things to consider in the learning areas is the security of
the learners and the school to avoid destruction or incidents that may cause some
issues and delay of classes and other school activities.
Concreting the perimeter fence of the school will have a permanent protection
for the school property and learners from untoward incidents. It can also avoid
destruction and secure the school premises from astray animals and possible
intruders during classes.
III. OBJECTIVE:
1. To secure the safety of the students, teachers, learning environment and
school properties in any case of human-induced hazard.
2. To construct permanent protection to avoid the entry of astray animals
and potential intruders.
IV. EXPECTED OUTCOMES

Construction of concrete perimeter fence will secure students and teachers in

any activities to be conducted in the school as well as the safety of the school
properties.
