Interactive Activities:

1. Role-Play: Divide students into pairs and assign each pair a different form to fill out. One
student acts as the form-filler, while the other student plays the role of a form reviewer. The
reviewer checks for accuracy and provides feedback.
2. Form Filling Relay: Create a relay race where students have to accurately fill out a form at
different stations. Each student completes a portion of the form before passing it on to the
next team member.
3. Form Filling Scavenger Hunt: Hide different forms around the classroom or school premises.
Provide students with a checklist and ask them to find and accurately fill out as many forms
as possible within a given time limit
