INTRODUCTION
Through this work, it is sought that students develop a development program for employees,
suitable for the case study "the diamond supermarket", which allows the development of
business skills that allow them to be leaders in the region.
This will be developed thanks to the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the course.
OBJECTIVES
GENERAL OBJECTIVE:
Carry out a development program for employees to develop business skills that allow the
business to be a leader in the region.
SPECIFIC GOAL:
Through the proposal presented, it is sought that the human talent area recruits
personnel with the ideal characteristics, to achieve the required success; Likewise, it is
essential to create an employee development program, in which former employees, who
have shown loyalty to the company, develop essential skills to achieve the proposed
objectives.
To achieve these objectives, it is necessary for "the diamond supermarket" to have
innovation processes, since it is demonstrated that they are essential to achieve success
and establish themselves as leaders in the region.
