BACKGROUND
Pamfur is a professional pet salon service that provides quality care and attention to your
beloved companion. Our experienced and certified groomers provide a variety of services tailored
to your pet's individual needs. We provide services like bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming,
ear cleaning, tick and flea treatments, oil massages and some fancy services like party dressing
and hair coloring.
PAMFUR is derived from the words "pamper” and “Fur baby”. When we say pamper "TO
TREAT WITH TOO MUCH CARE AND ATTENTION." And that's what we are trying to offer. With
our branding, starting from grooming, supplies, clothing, and accessories we are trying to pamper
our target market's pets keeping the look: stylish and healthy like a STAR.

1. The main medium we're going to use in promoting our brand would be the use of social
media. It's one of the most effective tools that we can use in promoting our branding with
the help of social media influencers. Through this, we can reach a lot more clients and
engaged ourselves in a larger community.
2. Aside from it, we'll give discounts during holidays or depending to the occasions. Ranging
from 5% -20% depending to the events were terms and conditions will apply.
3. We'll also give stickers and let our customers collect these every time that they’ll reach a
minimum cost of 2k, until they reached a specific number of stickers were they can get
different set of items, collections, or signature accessories from our store.
OPERATING PROCESSES
The first step in the operating processes of a pet salon is to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.
This can be done through various channels, such as phone, email, or online booking systems.
The salon staff must ensure that all relevant information is collected, such as the pet's breed, size,
and age, as well as any specific requirements or special needs.
Once an appointment is booked, the pet owner is informed of any PREPARATION that
needs to be done before the appointment. This can include brushing the pet's fur, trimming their
nails, or bringing along any specific items such as toys or blankets.
When the pet arrives at the salon, they are greeted by the salon staff, who collect any
relevant paperwork and provide the pet owner with a tour of the salon. The salon staff must then
assess the pet's condition and DISCUSS THE SERVICES required with the pet owner. This can
include choosing a grooming package, selecting a boarding option, or enrolling the pet in training
classes.
The pet is then taken to the grooming area, where the GROOMING PROCESS begins.
This can include bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, and styling the pet's fur. The grooming
process must be carried out with care and attention to ensure that the pet is comfortable and
relaxed.
Once the services are complete, the pet is returned to their owner, who is provided with
any necessary AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS or recommendations. The salon staff may also
provide additional information on pet care, such as recommended grooming schedules, dietary
requirements, and exercise routines.

However, managing the consumption of shampoo and water two of our most frequently
used resources, is one of the best ways groomers can lessen their impact on the environment.
There are systems in place at some business that collect, filter and use rainwater for bathing, but
for those who can’t go quite that far, there are still excellent equipment options available.
In order to have a continuous improvement, Pamfur will commit to its environmental policy.
We’ll make sure to set the objectives and targets for improving environmental performance. After
that, the organization will evaluate its environmental performance to see whether the objectives
and targets are being met. If targets are not being achieved, corrective action plan is taken. The
results of this evaluation are then reviewed by our top management to see if the EMS is working.

improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and

Pamfur will still be held accountable entirely in compliance at all times, according to the
environmental task committee. The business has discovered that its trade organization has been
a huge assistance in keeping them up to date on environmental compliance problems.

not only for ourselves but for our pets too.
Ideally, we’ll use a double tank hydro bath that recycles water to reduce waste.
There’s a growing number of eco-friendly pet grooming brands on the market. We’ll use
shampoos that are grey water safe, low ph. and plant based, the wastewater can be used
on the garden.
Clean green
We’ll try to create our own source biodegradable disinfectants – or make our natural floor
cleansers that are chemical free to help your pets avoid disinfectants that has toxic
substance.
Conserve energy
Ideally, we’ll implement solar panels to reduce energy consumption. And yes, there’s the
initial cost to consider, but we’ll don’t overlook the bill savings down the line.
Go plastic free
Instead of using plastic brushes we’ll go for bamboo. And choose dog shampoos and other
cleaning products that are housed in 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable
packaging.
Checking and Action Plan
The environmental components of Pamfur have been made in an early stage. Our
company plans to expand its corrective and preventative action procedures for its excellent quality
management system to assist in the development of their environmental management system.
Pamfur also uses the Environmental management system and some of the things it monitors
through its quality operating system. We sell Organic pet supplies because we believe Organic is
the future of climate and animal friendly farming. We love that Organic pet food is free from growth
hormones and pesticides.
Our main Organic pet food brand is Cesar. We chose Cesar because their food fully
certified and 100% traceable, unlike most "organic" pet food brands. This means they regularly
visit every farm in person to make sure the strict standards are met. Pamfur has its four
environmental aspects and potential impacts. Pamfur's environmental task force studied company
acquisitions, procedures, and waste streams to assess the environmental effects. The task group
chose the customers. Certain clients were questioned so that the company could better
understand their environmental concerns. Their concerns have been added to the list of
environmental issues. Overall, the environmental task group did an excellent job recognizing their
environmental elements. The task group then analyzed the likelihood of an environmental impact
instead of its severity.
Management Review
Management must set up for the greatest efficiency, which necessitates the application of
work ethics and clearly defined responsibilities.
The major goal of leadership is to deliver satisfying service and products in order to
achieve the business's main objective and elevate the prominence of the product. As part of the
Management review, we’ll continue to improve the system over time. We’ll make sure to assess
and evaluate the performance of the business every month so we can continuously check if the
business is gaining profit, and if not, we’ll look for other aspects that can be improved. We’ll check
if the EMS, action plans and set backs are properly executed by the Pamfur Management System
or the business itself.
