IV. SUMMARY:
V. THE PROPOSAL:
1. ACESER will finance and built the house. Pre-selling availing our lending institution. No
sure buyer no construction scheme. ACESER will determine the minimum number of
houses to build for profitability concern.
2. The Sales Consultant will do the marketing, ACESER as well.
3. The total revenue goes to ACESER, less the cost of the lot (P4,900.00 per sqmtr) and 5%
Sales Consultant Commission.
4. ACESER workers/personnel can be accommodated at the VMHS Clubhouse.
5. Finalize agreement, including the stipulation of guaranteed lot cost until the completion of
specific house construction.
6. ACESER can consider the adjacent 5.5 hectares parcel of land for land development and
housing project, if the price is right.
VI. OBSERVATIONS:
1. Xstructures, due to its location/accessibility and affordability and is a good training ground
for ACESER Engineers who wants to pursue structural design.
VII. RECOMMENDATION:
1. Conduct more trainings to improve knowledge about the structural analysis and software use.
