Scope of works: Power Quality Analysis with Fault Identification of power system of Renaissance Apparels
Ltd._Dyeing Unit as per IEEE 519 – 2014 Standard.

o Power Quality Analysis: Major parameters will be harmonic (THDv, THDi and up to fifty order),

Flicker, Inrush, transient, voltage-current profile, Power profile, Under/over voltage current, imbalance,

and others.)

o Power Quality continuous monitoring as required.

o Measuring interval will be 5-10 sec.

o Power Quality Test will maximum measuring point will be as required.

o Wave shape and vector diagram will be provided.

o Time histogram will be shared.

o Fault Identification as project condition as per standard.

o Power Quality Analysis with Fault Identification report will be submit by overall observation and

guideline of observation solution.

Terms & Condition:

1. Additional bill made by the additional works requirements (Out of drawing works and Quotation)

2. The Factory shall provide all necessary information and 3 persons manpower support.

3. Offer Validity: 2(Two) Weeks from the date of this letter.

Payment Method:

1. 80% along with the work order.

2. 20% the handover of the project reports documents.

3. Payment will made by A/C payee cheque in favor of “MARK 1 Technology” A/C No: 1506 201 881 399 001.

Liability of Consultant:

1. The CONSULTANT will exercise all care & diligence in the performance of their Duties & will be Liable for
all errors & omissions on their part & on the part of employees so far as these relate to the project.

2. The CONSULTANT will have no liability what so ever for any part of work designed by the client & not
prepared under CONSULTANTS responsibility.

3. The CONSULTANT will not liable for loss & delay resulting from reason beyond their control including natural
calamities, war or civil commotion or Losses or delay caused due to force measure.

4. The CONSULTANT will not divulge any policy & secrete of the client that the consultant might come to
know during the execution of the project.

5. The CONSULTANT Will be fully responsible for the total job but in house engineers of the client will review,
if necessary improve & re cast the drawing in rough form & consultant will correct or modify the drawings
accordingly by his own team. In this process no in‐ ordinate delay arising out of difference of opinion
between the client & consultant will be desirable. Every Problem will be solved forth with after discussion
across the table.
