molding our learners. Constant monitoring, testing, and adjustment is necessary to enhance
and developed to achieve desirable result.

4. Values Reformation Program
Concerns, Issues, Gaps and Problems (CIGP)- Based on the report for the curriculum,
learning, and assessment, learners were getting low scores in Summative Test. The causes of
occurrence were: learners were too dependent on brainly site, laziness, and improper
distribution of Bloom’s Cognitive Level in formulating the questions. Thus, to correct the gap
on the teachers’ side, the school conducted a SLAC session about Bloom’s Taxonomy and
Assessment Matrix. Learners were also reminded to be precautious in choosing their
resources. Another issue raised; teachers were unable to provide timely or immediate
feedback due to time constraints and late submissions. To remediate the concern, teachers
opted to use social media platform to contact learners in their lacking performance/s and
even conducted home visitation (following IATF Standard.) Lastly, early employment of
learners had affected their performances in school causing delayed submission of outputs.
Unfortunately, Financial and family concerns is something that teachers could not control
since these learners are breadwinners. Some parents lost their job during the pandemic. The
only thing that teachers can contribute is to be flexible, extend patience and consideration.

School perimeter fence and school drainage system problems were also reported. As
for now, a bamboo fence is temporarily installed through the help of the parents and
learners through TAGBO; and the improvement of Drainage system is still ongoing. To
expedite the solution of these concerns, these projects require a huge amount of money,

thus the school requested SGOD Office to lobby to the Local Government Unit for funding
the said school projects.

One of the highlights of the event was the technical assistance provided by our
beloved PSDS, Mrs. Jellin C. Dakay. She recommended imposing SWOT Analysis in
identifying learners’ Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. As for the school,
the PSDS acknowledged and commended how the school has greatly improved when it
comes to cleanliness. She was impressed on the leadership exhibited by the School Head,
Mrs. Leonilyn L. Ramos.

The session was capped by signing the “PLEDGE OF COMMITMENT” to fervently support the
school programs, projects and activities to attain what’s best for the learners.
