Good morning teacher, today I will present actions and proposals to stay

healthy

1.To begin with, I will mention some activities that I do to stay healthy.
The most important thing for me is to have a proper diet. I always try to
include a little of each nutrient in my meals. I also stay hydrated, always
carrying my thermos with me to remind myself to drink enough water. In
addition, I organize myself so that I can rest for seven to eight hours a day,
since this is beneficial for both my mind and my body. I do sports like
running, cycling in the mornings and yoga in the evenings. I also dedicate
time to my social life and avoid consuming alcoholic beverages or any
drugs.

2. I practice these activities every day of the week, Monday, Tuesday,

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, sports two hours a day, and yoga one
hour. Only on weekends I relax and do not do these activities.
As for the place, I do sports in a park, yoga at home, as well as the diet,
and when I go out I try not to break it, and finally drink water, which is
everywhere and at all times.

3.I do not believe that Peruvians lead a healthy life due to the high rates
of overweight in Peru. For example, the World Health Organization and
the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations have
reported that six point eight million Peruvians do not eat healthy food at
least one day. In addition, according to the Demographic and Family
Health Survey published by the National Institute of Statistics and
Informatics, thirty-seven percent of Peruvians over the age of fifteen are
overweight. This problem affects both thirty-seven percent of men and
thirty-one percent of women. Therefore, according to these data,
Peruvians do not lead a healthy life.

4.What I would do is promote healthy habits among company employees

through reward programs. For example, we could create a program called
"Healthy Days."
First, the program would consist of rewarding participation in healthy
activities by accumulating points, which can then be redeemed for various
rewards such as days off, gift cards, gym memberships and wellness
discounts. Second, to implement it, there would be a launch with
campaigns, briefings, and print and digital materials to ensure that all
employees understand and participate in the program. Third, an easy-to-
use digital platform would be created for employees to record their
activities and verify accumulated points, which would encourage their
continued participation in the program. We would also establish
partnerships with companies related to wellness and health. Finally, we
would conduct periodic evaluations to measure the impact of the program
on employee health and wellness. In conclusion, creating a program to
promote healthy habits among employees through rewards can improve
their health and well-being, increasing their motivation and participation
in healthy activities.
