Flushing of hydraulic and lubrication oil systems is used to ensure that new rotating and hydraulic equipment will

start up and operate as designed, significantly reducing the potential for premature failure. The quality of your lube

oil determines equipment lifetime and levels of productivity. Cleaned lube oil maintains its quality over time and is

therefore essential to a healthy, trouble-free process.

Key Features:

• The Skid can be utilizing for lube oil flushing of ISO VG-15 to 320 , kinematic viscosity oil to eliminate

sludge, varnish, debris and contaminated etc.

• The Skid has dual Filter pot to continue the operation during the filter changes and it has bag filtration,

which can be upto 1-micron absolute filtration capability.

• It has in-line condition monitor / Particle counter with both ISO and NAS analysis results.

• The Skid has dual heater with the capacity of 200KW to achieve the desire operational Temperature.

• RJ Skid utilize for multipurpose application, such as - chemical cleaning(40 m3 volume), Water

Flushing, Glycol Filtration as the skid made of SS 304 & 316 material.

• Cleaning of hydraulic control systems (e.g., systems controlling large isolation valves on coker drums and
jacking systems for offshore equipment)
• Rotating equipment lubrication oil system cleaning (e.g., steam turbines, compressors, large pumps, and
gas turbine systems)
