LEARNING EXPERIENCE:

At first we were all very nervous because it is our first day,we all didn't know nor
have an idea what will happen to us there while working in 5 days,But then the
nervousness swept away because the ATI-RTC 1 staffs are so warm and
welcoming us.They toured us around so that we would be familiarized in where
to find the different buildings,units,etc. After touring us they assigned all of us in
CDMS.There i met Joana,Our co-ojt worker from San Jose-Leet Integrated
School she was kind to me so we immediately became friends also there we met
maam Abegel the unit head in CDMS,maam Ellen and maam Caryl.I was given a
task by maam Caryl to repack bittergourd(ampalaya) seedlings,which I am doing
there with Joana.When lunchtime arrived,We
ate at the canteen next to the cdms.After lunch, we returned to the cdms to conti
nue working there until they called us for orientation,in which they teach us who
are the personnels/staffs at the ATI-RTC 1 through PPT as well as about the
history and mandates of ATI-RTC 1 after that they also teach us what are the
importance of Training Design so as the Difference between Training Design and
Activity Design,After the orientation we came back to the cdms to continue what
we are doing until it was our out time.

At work, it's crucial to pay attention and be flexible.I'm an extrovert, yet I don't often start
 conversations.But as I meet more people, I've just discovered that this should change because it's 
not always suitable for them to open up a discussion with me.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE:

2nd Day.Just like what we did yesterday,we are given a task to repack
cucumber seeds but maam abegel also tells us what is the purpose of what we
are doing,she said that they have this PLANT PLANT PLANT PROGRAM in
which they are training people in the Urban on how to plant in recyclable
materials such as unused tires,containers and many more,she apso said that
they are giving the seeds for free.

When working, we should push ourselves beyond our comfort zones.Since flexibility and 

compassion are crucial in the workplace, especially if you're new, we should always practice 

these traits.A one-hour break is incredibly brief, in my experience working, but in order to be a

 successful employee or OJT, we should overcome this and adapt it.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE:

3rd Day.All day we count,repack and put labels on seeds of cucumber,

patola, and petchay.Like yesterday we were given a task by maam Caryl to
repack seeds and that's what we are doing from 8am-3:30pm.We had our
overtime yesterday so that they will allow us to take our exam at school in 4pm
so that explains why we are early to go home.

At work, we must at all times comply by directions from the people in charge.We shouldn't rant 

about something even if we believe it to be ridiculous.And we need to work hard and accomplish a 

lot of work.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE:

4th day.We continued repacking and sealing the pechay seeds until someone
came to put us all in our different units me and Caroline remained in CDMS at
first we were doing the seeds then ate Jam asks us who knows how to use
computer then Tina answered after a while ate Jam given us also a task to
encode the resource person evaluation forms and overall evaluation form,all day
that's what we were doing until our out time came.

We should always be eager and dedicated in work.Because it feels so good to accomplish the

 tasks you've been given more quickly and to make those who guided you happy.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE:

5th Day.I was given a tasks by ma'am Abegel to entertain our co-ojt worker in
CDMS and she gave me an instruction to tell my co-ojt worker to count the
participants form and to cut the participants survey form,after that ma'am Ellen
asks me if i know how to laminate and i answer no then she told me that she
would teach and she did i laminated shelfs numbers and then cut it to change the
shelf numbers of the filing cabinets.In the afternoon ma'am Ellen and ma'am
Jacqueline asks us to sort the files in the cabinet and put it in a new filing folder
and that's what we were doing until they called us for the awarding of the
certificates.Sir Rogelio asks us if what we were expecting before we came to
ATI-RTC 1 and if we met our expectation they ask us one by one when I am the
one to answer I told them that may expectation is to do balancing because that's
what the 1st batch told us what they were doing but then I also told them that
although we were not able to do balancing we learn so many things that we did
not expect to learn such as filing papers,sorting files,encoding etc.After the
awarding we came back to our units to continue what we were doing and i help
Tina on encoding and printing the eartags of the files.

Despite being so limited, 5 days have a lot of value.I have a lot on my mind, and I also need to work 

hard.To be adaptable, modify my perspective, and exercise perseverance and compassion.We will 

become worn out while working.We will become so exhausted physically that we will want to stop 

and give up, however that is not the answer.You should be knowledgeable about it and be patient 

since you will become familiar to it over time.I can only advise you to take a break and then get back 

up.
