AIESEC Foreign Language for Unity Project

General Objective:

“To give opportunity to the youths of Padang City to get professional foreign language courses
based on practical learning from native interns, such as discussion session and language tours.
So that AIESEC could engage and develop them, as the fulfillment of humankind’s potential, so
they securely face the future”

Conferences:
a. Conference 1:
Purpose:
To introduce AIESEC and For Fun Project to participant, and else thing included
requirement so one entity could be possible having one class running, and could be
raised.
Objective:
- To introduce AIESEC to participant.
- To introduce For Fun Project to participant.
- To introduce the term and condition how to establish the classes

Contents:

- Ambassador promo (tata cara cara promosi)


- Job desc ambassador, benefit
- Role play, role dance, games ice breaking
- Motivasi! Ex video, org dg bahasa byk
- FGD : how to promo,
- List student potential

b. Conference 2:
Purpose: reviewing progress of the preparation of the class, introducing and
educating about agreement.
Objectives:
- To review the progress of AIESEC Ambassador in getting class participant
(promo)
- To know about information next step for class participant
- Detail and produce about project.
- Discusi ttg apa yg mereka mau buat konten selama meeting di kelas
- How to innovate the class

Content:

- FGD : how many class gonna be open and why,


- Ice breaker
- Regulasi kelas, struktur kelas.
- Membangkitkan gairah
- Persiapan buat konferensi 3

c. Conference 3/Grand Opening:


Purpose: to make the planning of syllabus with external and contact agreement.
Objectives:
- As ceremonial opening of the Project
- To sign the agreement/contract from each entity.
- To introduce the syllabus from learning partner
Date: 15 December 2012
Target participant: 5 delegate of every Ambassador and potential class participant
from each school and university, AIESEC Stakeholder, learning partner, guru
pembimbing.
Content:
- Review progress
- Hak dan kewajiban (@, ambassador, student)
- How to interact with tutor from snl & maintenance
- Sign contract
- Ceremony opening, aha moment

Global Village (BI)


Objectives:
- Social bonding between participant, AIESEC member, and any stakeholders.
- introducing home country from interns,
- AIESEC show casing
Execution Date: 3 February 2013.
Target: interns, ambassador, course participant, AIESEC member & stakeholder, and
other youth.

Fun Events (2 events)


Objectives:
- To maintain relationship between ambassador/course participant and
OC/AIESECer, and also with interns.
- As a refreshing (fun occasion) and show the Indonesian’s culture and nature to
exchange participants.
Execution Date: 13 January & 10 February 2013
Target: interns, ambassador, course participant, and AIESEC member.
Course Examination
Objective: to evaluate course achievement for each course participant.
Execution Date: at the end of class meeting
Target: course participants

Closing and Graduation Day (farewell concept)


Objective:
- to officially closed the project
- to give award and recognition
- to give certificate to class participant
Execution Date: 3 March 2013
Target: interns, ambassador, course participant, and AIESEC member, BOA
