Preservation Inspection
Complete (1) Form per Component or Unit, Fill in S/N# and Date, Check appropiate Boxes, Report Damages, Sign/Date as Complete, Turn into Preservation Department

ENGINE □ Type: Caterpillar G3516 TALE S/N# 3RC01052 Date:
□ 1.1 Verify all serial numbers.
□ 1.2 Visually inspect component.
* Check for damage and/or missing parts
* Ensure all openings are sealed
□ 1.3 Use Paint Marker to write Inspection Date on component.
"PT/I Date" PT= Preservation Team I= Inspection
COMPRESSOR □ Type: Gemini FE565D2 S/N#
□ 1.1 Verify all serial numbers.
□ 1.2 Visually inspect component.
* Check for damage and/or missing parts
* Check under distance piece for forklift damage
* Check for water in lube box
* Verify locknuts tightened on lube pump (see photo)
* Ensure all openings are sealed
* Ensure compressor feet are not on ground
□ 1.3 Use Paint Marker to write Inspection Date on component.

ELECTRIC MOTOR □ Type: N/A
□ 1.1 Verify all serial numbers.
□ 1.2 Visually inspect component.
* Check for damage and/or missing parts
