Oil Palm Uganda Limited/ BIDCO; Since Aug 2014

 Internal security supervisor company palm oil farms and factory on CCTV and operations.

KAKIRA SUGAR LIMITED ESTATE SECURITY SUPERVISER 2013

 Managing security operations in asugarcane factory on plantation estate of 5000 acres
 Carried out routine estate activities in surgarcane plantation with ateam of other workers that
included record taking and clustering workers to ensure security.
 Report to estates manager routine activities and results.
 Surveying the fields using equipments such as GPS, CCTV camera ,Theodolite and Total station
to achieve proper security.
 Demostrate machinery or equipments mode of operations to other workers.

Busitema University Workshop; June – Aug 2009

 Fabricated a prototype - motorized forage chopper machine and a sorghum planter
 Carried out foundry work
 Repaired agricultural machinery and learnt tractor driving
 Studied safety regulations.

ACHIEVEMENTS
  Carried out a final year design project on design of water pumping station for 240 ha of land at
Busitema University. This was aimed at averting the major challenge for the unreliable and
erratic rainfall received in the region.
 Coordinated a team of five in consultation with academic and major firm staff to design an
efficient and economical grass lined trapezoidal drainage channel for proper management of
storm runoff in Butaleja district. The project was aimed to assess students during the course of
study for award of a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Mechanization and Irrigation Engineering.
 Successfully designed an economical solar fruit dryer for apple Banana of capacity 60kg.This
was motivated by the recent increased demand for preserved apple banana on world market and
high production of apple banana in Uganda. The project was aimed to assess students during the
course of study for award of a bachelor’s degree in Agric. Mechanization and Irrigation
Engineering.
 Won in a hotly contested best agricultural innovator to curb climate change challenges.
