Dear Professor Catherine,

We hope that this email finds you safe and well after your flight back to the US! It has
been nearly one month from your first day at our school (ISTNU) and it is supposed
that we have had successful collaboration during the time you worked in Vietnam
and ISTNU, and we do hope that the successful collaboration would set a solid
foundation for your future sustainable collaboration.

We are writing this letter to convey our sincere thankfulness and appreciation for

your efforts, hard work, understanding, caring, and sharing for the ISTNU team
during the time you stay and work in our school. During this time, there must be a lot
of unexpected problems which might bring us inconvenience, however, you always
showed us your sincere sympathy which had given us significant encouragement.
Actually, not only our students, but ISTNU staff and faculty have learned a lot from
you, in terms of both academic issues and collaboration with others (with
understanding and sharing). 

Once again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much and we hope that
we will continue our sustained collaboration, not only between ISTNU and you -
Professor Catherine and your institutions, and also we hope to continue to receive
your valuable support for our collaborative activities in the future.

We wish you and your family and colleagues good health, best luck, success and
peace and we really hope to see you again very soon!
