Background:
While installation of water purifier engineers skips some basic steps to follow which leads to
product defect or customer dissatisfaction.

Purpose:
To educate engineers regarding basic steps to be stirctly follow while installing cuckoo water
purifier.

Guidline:

1 Before installation
a First permission should be required from customer for unit installation - table top/Wall mount
b First check Input water Pressure and TDS
c In case wrong product is delivered to the customer then the service engineer first inform to the Service In charge
d After talking with service in charge the service engineer advice the customer for right product useful that place
e After sale as the TDS rate increase or decrease the service engineer convince customer for installing of suitable machine will used to it
f After observing low water pressure the service engineer suggest and convince customer for installing the booster pump
