Purpose:
• To create awareness among the SBP’s regarding the Samsung Gas charging process and
requirement to claim in GSPN.
• To educate service engineer & shipping agent about correct gas charging joint number
entry in GSPN system

Process & Guidelines:


• SBP’s should attach mandatory below pictures in CRM.
• CSR copy with below details
• Correct gas charging joint number as per guidelines (Refer Page No 6 ~ 7)
• User needs to input the detail photo ( Refer Page no 2~5) along with CSR cards for SAW
Approval.
• Once SAW is approved by SIEL TSC (Tech Solution Center) PIC then Gas charging claim
proceed for Repair completed

SAW APPLICABLE FOR BELOW CONDITION ONLY:

• Local svc product = A/C02 & A/C08


• Service type = IH (In Home) & SR (Stock Repair) & PS (Pickup service)
• W’ty term = LP (In Warranty only)
• Non / Parts Use * (* except Compressor parts)
• SVC Indicator Description = Gas Charge
• Creation of SAW: Before Repair completed
