Background:
During Repair and Diagnossis of AO Smith WP recent model Z8 most of engineers confuse regarding the

Flow diagram of the unit and also to resolve Tank full error .

AO स्मिथ Z8 िॉडल के रिपेयि ओि चेककिंग के दौिान काफी इिंजीननअर्स वाटि फ्लो डायग्राि के बािे िे भ्रमित होते है
औि टैंक फुल एिि को हल किने के मलए भी ।

Ease in Identifying and Troubleshooting the problem ,

समस्या को पहचानने और उसके ननवारण में आसानी

 2.If tank full indicator is glowing but no water in WP Tank .

Before replace PCB need to check the 3 v battery which is placed in PCB as shown in below fig.

a) Need to check 3 vdc battery

1.If battery defective replace the battery.

2.If battery ok then replace the PCB.

PCB चें ज किने र्े पाहहले 3V बैटिी को चेक किना चाहहए जो की PCB िें होता है
a) 3V की बैटिी चेक किनी चाहहए
1) अगि बैटिी ख़िाब है तो बैटिी तो बदलो
2) अगि बैटिी OK है तो PCB को बदलना होगा
