prevent short shipping
Generating Rate quotations for DRY/OOG/BBK/Project Cargo short term or Tender
basis to customers globally.
Tracking and getting align with Sales & Pricing Manager instruction, to propose cus-
tomized solutions, regional, and global accounts sales plan, to increase sales revenue
Manage Discrepancy Reports shared by all Global terminals for OOG/In-Gauge car-
goes
Tracking the vessel activities and if delay will plan the cargo accordingly to deliver
without delay
Re-schedules the transport plan of shipments booked by customers for cost impact
reasons and provides contract rates to customers as per Customer Service contract
Generously share Gemba (Process Knowledge) with other teams when needed

Customer Service contract for FMC (Federal Maritime Commission) & Non-FMC Dry
