SOLUTION SEEKING DIALOGUE FOR RETOOLED COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Three (3) barangays of MLGU San Fernando, Camarines Sur, its partner NGAs, the
MLGU officials and functionaries under the leadership of Hon. F. Mabulo, participated in
the Solution Seeking Dialogue that was long put on hold since last year due to the onset
of activities and commitments that have come in conflict with the activity’s earlier
proposed schedule.

In her welcome address, LGOO VII/Cluster Head A. Astor thanked the participants and
partner agencies for coming today and likewise encouraged the body to use the
afternoon activity as platform for reporting where everyone’s voices count.
MLGOO/LGOO VI N. Lopez who was overwhelmed with the attendance in check,
declared that the afternoon activity was a success. He felt the brimming hope and
anticipation of the body to improve relationships, share experiences and best practices,
and increase opportunities for feedback to help address the identified problems/issues
to what was happening on the ground.

The MPDO then presented to the body the list of primary and secondary issues all of
which were aligned with their corresponding PPAs and budget allocation. The
presentation was followed with the partner NGAs (DAR, DOLE, TESDA, DTI, DSWD,
NAFIDA and xx) laying down the possible and available avenues and interventions that
they could provide to address the same. The exchange of conversation and results of
the dialogue were processed and documented by MLGOO/LGOO VI N. Lopez.
