Ariel Campaign Status Meeting – Contact Report

Meeting Objective:

1. To review contact report/Status Report and incident report for Ariel marketing campaign.

The following points were discussed and agreed during the meeting:

1. Nelt Mozambique has agreed to procure extra giveaways outside of the approved
campaign budget, it was agreed that Mandisa will sit with Mr. Moma to agree on the
quantities for a quote submission. Nelt needs to supply extra giveaways outside of the
current campaign budget. Nelt has found a cheaper supply to buy the giveways –
extra Basins and LPI is procusing the Ariel sticckers.
2. It was agreed that the current campaign will now be opened to ALL Ariel products as
opposed to just the 2kg unit. Games Authority have approved the extention of SKU,
Mandisa to submit Barcodes for all SMS services. Barcodes to be be uploaded in
24hrs.
3. Nelt to communicate on email how giveaways should be given out during activations
based on what the consumer purchases. This was not done, 5 Star/LPI has had to
improvise…Mr Moma didn’t have time to sit with Mandisa and has requested they
sit in January. Mandisa to Set-up a meeting with Mr Moma to agree on the
giveaway allocations by the 25th January 2019.
4. Mandisa has engaged the games authority to inform them of additional SKU's we are
proposing for the current campaign, 5 star/LPI has been requested by the games authority
to send a formal letter to effect these changes. Done
5. Change of entry mechanics have been proposed for phase 2 of the campaign.
 Proposed Entry Mechanics : consumer to enter their receipt via entry form and
entry box. Searching for entry boxes producers and supply quote to Nelt and
then submit to Games authority.
 5 Star/LPI to look at costing for entry forms and entry boxes in anticipation for
the change in the entry mechanic in phase 2.
6. An activation schedule for the duration of the campaign period was drafted and circulated
to all by Nelt. Done

7. It was agreed that Nelt will be responsible for store booking and confirmation for all
activations. Mr. Mona requested Mandisa to check with Nelt 4-5 days before activation
for store booking confirmations. Mandisa to ensure al instore and mall activation
bookinga re secure by the 25th January 2019.
8. LPI to set up monthly status telephonic on the 15/16th of every month for the duration of
the campaign. Riccardo to set-up monthly status Webex calls, Siphokazi to supply
details of all parties to attend.
9. Mr. Moma shared positive sentiments on activations that have been executed to date.

 Mandisa to ask for MONTHLY LOGS for radio from the radio stations as proof
offlighting.

 Mandisa to request for images of billbords on a montly bases from the Outdoor
suppliers as proof of flighing.
